I took a group of 24 here for lunch. They were the only one of all the Cici’s Pizza I called that actually picked up the phone in a few ringtones. The staff was friendly, soup was great — everyone loved it. I know this is a unusual request, but if they actually had hot water, that would make it even better. Overall it was a smooth lunch and a good experience.

This Cici’s was better when it was behind CVS on 75th and Lawndale. Once they moved here, quality went down. They used to have a bigger salad bar that you could customize with whatever you wanted. Now there is only limited toppings that include mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and a couple other ones. About 4 dressings. Not cool. They either always run out of brownies or don’t serve them at all anymore. They only have about 6 pizzas out. The overall selection of food went to about half of what was at the other location. They never refill the chicken noodle soup pot. The game room is so small, not worth it. Now, when you order a pizza to your table, they bring you a personal size pizza. No longer a full size one. Rip off.
