This place sucks. You go to any other chucke cheese and there are playgrounds inside and everyone here is just GHETTO. The staff doesn’t care and chucky hardly comes out, all but once in the 2 hours I was there. The pizza came out Cold. No fountain drinks, because they were all out of order. I wish they could’ve told me that at the front when I paid for family meals. Place is trash

Dear Chuck E. - They don’t want you to be great. Please get new people on your team. I mean, we know that you’re a mouse but that doesn’t mean that your place shouldn’t be clean. Does it? It doesn’t mean that your place shouldn’t be working properly & running smoothly. The SHADE of your team, man. OMG, we were randomly in the area and came here for my nephew and god daughter to play. Wish we wouldn’t have come here. With all of the different times I’ve been to Chuck E. Cheese for birthday parties & kid play dates, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Chuck E. Cheese location as bad as this one. Quite honestly, there are so many other places that you can take kids these days that Chuck E. Cheese needs to do its best to keep their customers. Let’s start with keeping the place clean. Upon walking in, you immediately see trash on the floor. The salad bar wasn’t well kept. Customer service? Horrible. There were times that there was no one at the front to sell tokens. Umm hello from the other side? When they did come to the front, they weren’t that helpful. At one point, there were a few of us waiting as the MANAGER stood in line with her purse and had one of her employees do some sort of check out that was rather questioning, asking for 3 five dollar bills. Regardless of what she was doing, it was timely and held up the line. During this, someone came up to her and said ‘are you the manager?’ and she was very short with him and replied ‘yes’ with an attitude as if she wished that she wasn’t in that moment. I honestly didn’t know that she was still on the clock as she had her purse and seemed like she was about to leave. No idea what was going on. At this point, I was standing in the line because one of the games had taken 3 of our tokens. It was my second time asking about this. I talked to two different people about this and they both said that someone was on their way to the machine to help. No one ever came up to the machine and I didn’t get our 3 tokens. Whatevs. When we finally cashed in all of our tickets, forget that there was a long wait, no sort of organization to the madness at the display. I’m disappointed that there were so many prizes on display that they did NOT have in inventory. There was this one toy that they had over 3 of in the display but didn’t have in inventory so I asked if he could get the one on display. She said that the person that has the key to unlock the display wasn’t there. OK. Whatevs again. The thing that was most annoying is that the employee said this with no care, no empathy etc for the kids that really wanted these giveaways. She was so unconcerned. At one point, she even started looking away at her coworkers and other customers standing at the display that she wasn’t hearing anything that I said. Wow. Will NOT go here ever again. The good? Ehh. Kids love Chuck E. Cheese. They get lost in the different games for a couple hours. Thanks for providing that, Chuck E.

This is one of the newer chuck e cheese’s. So it’s usually clean in the play areas and has pretty fast service. I like that there is space in b/w the games b/c that allows room to move around with all these kids. The pizza is surprisingly good, but only when it first comes out. The drinks are Pepsi products. The salad bar is a little sad, with all the basics nothing special. Otherwise this is our go-to chuck e cheese location for the kids. We don’t like the other(small, old & dirty) Houston locations.

Definitely takes a lot if money for little tickets. But lets just say I like going there for the games. The prizes aren’t all that interesting. I really like some games there that makes you use your body more. And there should be vegan pizzas.

So as we all get older the reviews slow down from Bars and Clubs to places for kids. I do not have any children just yet, but a lot of my friends do and they are starting to have birthday parties. I was recently invited to one at Chuck E Cheese’s. It’s been since my childhood since I have stepped inside of one and this place is pretty darn nice. They make you check in if you have kids. If you come in with a kid you are supposed to exit with the same corresponding kid/number of kids. This is a good thing, don’t want people walking out with the wrong children. But our group had a few reserved tables in the back so it was interesting. The birthday child gets to go into the ticket cyclone thing. They have pizza and unlimited drinks as part of the party package. This makes so much sense because you can have the kids run around and have fun and at the end of the day you just pack up the toys and leave. The cleaning is already paid for.

I’ve been to this place many times, normally we don’t have a problem so I decided to throw my daughters birthday party there. Major mistake, I rented out the 2 private rooms, I was expecting over 80 people for my party, they decided to only put 1 server for my party. I’d talked to the party coordinator before hand and wanted my food ready by 4:15, they told me it would not be a problem, food didn’t come out til 45min — hour later. The server didn’t know what to do even asked my wife«do you want me to do anything» when my wife is throwing away plates and making sure people have food, which is the server’s job. I ended up spending a lot of money in there, they gave me a little discount and come coins for all the headache. Then as my guest were leaving, my friend almost got robbed outside in the parking lot, someone pulled a gun on him and took his keys. The manger didn’t even come by to check up on us to see if we needed anything, because I already paid the tab. We ended up staying at chuck e cheese for another 3 hours after my party left, waiting for my friend to come back and get his car, I asked to get a copy of my bill, then the manager says«oh you over paid 50 dollars I’ll give you your change» after the fact that we had been there for 3HOURS. So she would have kept my extra money if I wouldn’t have asked for a copy of my check. I called corporate office and the district manager Frank Martinez never even called me back. I will never go to any chuck e cheese nor will I tell my friends to go there ever again!!! I would rate them zero stars but that’s not an option!

My son begged to go to this place every day as passed it on the way home from his sitters. I finally caved on a Tuesday afternoon, before 1 pm, we went. Although understaffed, because we were 2 of 6 patrons in the building, everything moved along quickly. I love that each game is only 1 token. The pizza was small and over-cooked, and in my opinion, over priced. My son had a blast, is begging to go back!

Not a very great place. Went there with my daughter and husband, and the staff was very poor mannered, got our order wrong and when my husband told the guy who brought it out that we ordered something different he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. So he went to the cashier and told her and she acted like she didn’t know what to do. So after my husband talked to the manager he got our original order for us. The tables weren’t cleaned and half the games were broke. Will not be going back.

I was so skeptical to go to Chuck E Cheese & honestly had very low expectations. Butttttttt all the rainy weather, heat & mosquitos don’t necessarily provide for the best outdoor experience so I was willing to try a new outlet for my childrens seemingly never ending amount of energy. First of all, if your child has any sort of sensory issues I would NOT come here. There are flashing lights, constant noise/sounds and and children running in all directions… EVERYWHERE. My children, however, seemed to love every second of this crazy chaos. From the second we stepped foot inside there was no controlling them, both of them took off in opposite directions with a look of sheer bliss in their eyes. We’d never been to a Chuck E Cheese so I had no idea what to expect… Dangerous? Dirty? Boring? Nope. After my visit today I can say none of the above apply. My 2 year old would jack a token from me then vanish only to reappear when he needed another one. I *always* have one eye on each of my kids so to not be able to see him or what he was doing made me very nervous. Like, someone could walk off with him and I’d never know! Only when we were leaving did I realize how serious that the employee standing at the entrance/exit took their job… noone could leave without verifying that their stamp matched with the kids they were attempting to leave with. Now I realize that if someone is sick enough to try and steal someone else’s kid, a Chuck E Cheese employee won’t be able to stop them but it’s nice to see they some sort of deterrent in place Anyways, this place has a racket going on($ 20.00 with of tokens so they can each win a 5 cent whistle) but since the employees were friendly, the place was clean & my kids loved it I’m giving them 4 stars. I have no doubt we will be back.

It was my first time coming here and I was kinda surprised at the look of this place. First of all the place from the outside looks kinda old and jail like. I was debating wether to go or not but I went ahead and gave it a chance. As soon as I walked in my opinion changed it’s much better looking in the inside and they have quite an amount of games to play. The pizza was average not too good and not too bad and the games were fun. Its a good place to spend a day with kids.

I guess this use to be a Monkey’s Joe is now a chuck e cheese. My friend had her son’s bday party here. I must admit, the staff were very kind & helpful. I do think its ridiculous how some games only gives out one ticket & max is three. The pizza is not the same as I how I remembered it, it’s a lot thinner now, & the buttery crust is gone.
