Absolutely disgusting! What is the deal with this place and their chicken???
Got the chicken salad bowl and literally could not eat it! The chicken was the most rubbery, unappetizing, tasteless and inedible chicken I have ever paid money for. Honestly how on earth is chipotle still in business???
With all the scares of their bacteria or whatever it was one would think that they would up their food quality. I guess not.
Very disgusting! Seriously this is it for me! No more chipotle!

The food at Chipotle is always fresh and delicious, so I don’t need to go into detail about the food. Its pretty consistent across all Chipotles.
This location gets 3 stars because it is one of the slowest Chiptole restaurants I have ever been to. This wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that it is also one of the busiest Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The lines are consistently 10 – 20 people deep, regardless of the time of day.
Staff is very nice though.

I love chipotle! This location can be real busy around 12’o’clock. The lunch rush usually has the line backed up to the door. I have learned to come around 2 there is no line and fast service. Of course when its busy they give smaller portions to stretch the food.

I prefer to order my food online than to go and stand in line, the line is crazy long! During the lunch rush of course. But either than that good food fast service if you order online and smiley faces. Everyone is focused on their own task attempting to get every customer checked out as soon as possible.

I’m sad to leave such a low rating review because I have been a fan of chipotle for EVER. The concept it’s great, the ingredients are delicious. BUT I have noticed many many times that the chicken quality varies from location to location. Not only that, but many times the chicken isn’t cooked enough!!! Yuck! Shame on y’all. The brown rice is sometimes dried as well. Again, I love Chipotle, but when my chicken isn’t cooked all the way, I am scared to go back.

The chicken was as salty that girls attitude. There was hardly anything else on my bowl than rice, I asked for extra but that didn’t mean to skimp me out on the rest. Not worth it, I know cause I worked for chipotle for 3 years on and off. Bad service and food. *two thumbs down

Service is slipping each time I go. They love up charging you unless you know the menu well. Always charging extra for sides. Qty of meat per order is decreasing and if you mention it, the first words out our: do you want double? Second, if you order guac, make sure to keep an eye out. Several times the bottom of cup is empty. You have to ask them to fill it properly. Getting disappointed by this location. Cashier is always nice. Smiles and corrects the server if they make mistake.

I love Chipotle. Love. This one’s on the small side and in the Galleria, so be aware of long lines around lunch time.

Horrible. We’ve ordered online several times and they often don’t have it ready when they say it should be ready. Most recently they got our order completely wrong which we discovered when got food home. Tried to call them but they don’t pickup their phone. Would definitely avoid this location.

The food gets 5 stars. The rude young male employee that takes your order who seems like he’s miserable about being there and refuses to speak and just stares at you until you order and then slops your ingredients into your burrito/​bowl who doesn’t even say you’re welcome but instead rolls his eyes when you say thank you… He gets 0 stars. Never going back to this Chipotle again.

Today I am only awarding 2 stars to Chipotle. Although the service was good and I enjoyed my tacos, the place had not been cleaned from the lunch crowd. It was just plain dirty inside! Even the glass doors were covered with fingerprints. Perhaps they were short-​staffed or were simply very busy. Regardless, I ordered my food to go.

I’ve tried this location about 3 times. Each time they were either out of rice, chicken, or steak. Service is not that great. Pick another location to eat at, because the food is decent for the price.

Extremely rude service unprofessional way of making food, and approaching a customer. Worst chipotle in Houston. Never visiting again.

I’m giving this location 2 start bc the employees weren’t rude. They were however very slow. I would never think to write a review for a chain bc they’re typically all the same but at this one the chicken is different from any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I usually frequent 2 chipotles by my work about 4 – 8 times per month and the chicken tastes exactly the same at both. The chicken I got on Saturday night at the Richmond location was off… the seasoning was slightly different. The chicken was a little burnt and the chicken was cut in much larger pieces then i’ve ever experienced at any other Chipotle. Every Chipotle should be exactly the same (food consistency) and this one was not. I couldn’t even finish and I ALWAYS finish my Chipotle. Someone from their corporate office really needs to go in here to eat unannounced to experience what i’m describing.

YAY I LOVE ME SOME CHIPOTLE. Honestly I’m not even gonna lie, I used to not like Chipotle. What was I thinking? Chipotle is my life, like I could literally eat it everyday. I usually get the burrito bowl with cilantro — lime rice, black beans, chicken, tomatillo — red chili salsa, roasted chili — corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, romaine lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and sometimes with guacamole and a flour tortilla on the side! I can only finish the entire bowl when I’m really starving; it’ll fill you up!

This location does not even deserve one star. the manager name is Jorge was very rude. and told me to go f myself… and that it was not his fault i was allergic to some of their products when all of the other chipotle locations in houston and surrounding areas would be alot nicer and accomadate my food allergies. He also told me there is no number to make a complaint to and was very rude! do not go here. he can barely speak english as well as the rest of the staff. they acted like they did not want to be at work.

This location in particular is terrible!
Now chipotle is a great place, I’ve had some of the best burritos in there.
However the food at this location is really bad. The food has No taste, low options, no sauce choices, and bad service.
This place brings down the Chipotle name.

CHI-​POT-​TLES! You are truly the one love of mine that has withstood the test of time. How is it that we still get along so great? Well enough about my love affair with chipotle…
I’ve dropped by this location several times, mostly during the weekends for lunch. I’ve always had pretty decent service and never had to wait too long in line. This location is very clean and they always have enough of the veggies and meat. They recently introduced the sofritas, which is a substitute for the meat and is made of tofu and spices. I tried it the last time I went and it wasn’t half bad. Glad they finally have this option for vegetarians/​or vegans!

Sunday night around 7:30 pm when it’s about to close. It’s pretty quiet in here and people look like they are mostly taking their food to go. Right now it’s pretty chill. Line is decent. Currently it’s about a 7 min wait in line.
I love this place. Food is always flavorful and consistent. They are still bringing out fresh batches this late! This place is pretty clean too!

My husband and I are huge fans of Chipotle. We have tried one in every city we’ve visited, if there’s one nearby, as a casual break from our more elaborate dining choices. It’s fresh, fast, savory, and made with quality ingredients… it’s what the company stands by.
However, this location struck me with confusion upon my first visit. The Hispanic/​Latina women who work the line are not friendly. They aren’t outright rude but they look annoyed, impatient, and mad. I ordered 2 dishes (nothing elaborate) and was met with unpleasant looks and frowns from them when I didn’t read the ingredients in the right order. Also, the portions here are so much smaller than most others. Why?
I thought it might be a fluke so I asked my husband, whose office building is down the street. He said, «Oh yeah, it’s like that all the time. My coworkers and I always get that experience when we go there.»
Bottom line: Does the corporate office know about this? Will they tolerate it? I am reluctant to go again.
