Wow they must have changed something because my last three visits have been a mess. Just today I ordered a number 1 with an unsweetened tea. They threw the food at me out of the window and told me unsweetened tea. I get home it’s not tea but some odd soda not even close to tea. Then I reach into the bag and the ketchup is sticky and slimy! They had to feel it when they put it into my bag. Gross!!! Other visit they must have been low on chicken. My sandwich had a half chicken breast on it it didn’t even cover the bun. Time before that the chicken was so over cooked. Slow down and get it right people!

This is the worst Chick fil A ever. Every other time that I visit, they screw up my order. I even gave them a break, I haven’t been in over a month and what happens when I return … a handful of lettuce and 1 cherry tomato in my side salad that costs $ 3, it’s always something. I’m just not used to this type of service from Chick fil A. This location is just a couple of years old but it’s like they’re still in training mode, they just can’t seem to get it right.

They seldom if ever put the napkins in the dispenser correctly. .. There’s a 50 – 50 chance, so that tells me somebody must be training them wrong. Brutally slow, they invariably do apologize for taking so long, but she wouldn’t it be nice if they didn’t have to?

I love chick-fil-a and it is very unfortunate that the restaurant near me is not capable of hiring employees that can do their job correctly. Don’t get me wrong, when it just opened everything was great. However, in the recent month I had to start going to another location simply because my order has never being done correctly at this location. It is very frustrating when you get home and discover that your order is incomplete or completely wrong. This is the only chick fil a that makes never want to go back to it again. The staff is really great. Nothing wrong with that. The issue is the quality and taste of the food, It is very poor. Seems that they need to train cooks on how to not over heat left overs(because i think that’s what you get some days) and train them on how to not burn food left too long in the boiler. This seems to be a training location i think. The food is never fresh, never right. Always over cooked or under cooked, stale and with a cardboard taste.

Chick Fil-A dropped the ball on this one. I’m not sure if it was just a new employee who made my chicken salad sandwich or some sort of cruel joke but there was very little chicken salad on my sandwich. I have attached a snapshot of how much bread was left after I ate this dry trash of a sandwich. I am thoroughly disgusted with this particular Chick Fil-A and I’ll just go to another restaurant to eat. I don’t want to risk choking on a dry lettuce sandwich. Talk about a total waste of money.

This place is excellent. Ever since they opened, they’ve had very good customer service with only a few hiccups. I come here several times a month, and have had less-than-optimal service maybe twice in the past year. They are typically very fast and very efficient, and it’s clear that they expect much from their workers(it’s easy to spot the new ones). The food is also always good, hot, and fresh, as I would expect from a place like this.

This chickfila has the worst customer service.(FYI) I am speaking about the management not the employees. We had a problem with our food and we spoke to a Kenya and she attempted to give me the run down on «food cost» and«food loss» and profits. WTH is she talking about? NOT once did she apologize to my family, for their mistake. We will stay away from this chickfila for that reason only!

After continuing to go to this location and time and time again I’m continuing to be disappointed and will now not go back. Time and time again they don’t have food ready and I have to wait an additional seven minutes for them to cook the chicken or make biscuits. One day they didn’t have any biscuits that are ready at all and they gave me a bagel instead, Chick-fil-A breakfast is good for the biscuits not the bagels! The cherry on top for the reason I won’t be going back is one day I got ice coffee and there is a mosquito inside my cup! This is probably because I had to pull around to have my iced coffee delivered to my car. I assume the mosquito got in then. The people who work there are always nice and the food is delicious but there’s only so many times you can be disappointed by one location. I honestly hope they’re looking at these reviews to try to make changes because they are in need of help!

Chick-Fil-A will always be my go-to fast food restaurant. I love the grilled chicken nuggets and the Chick-Fil-A sauce. The spicey chicken sandwich is pretty bomb too. My last visit to Chick-Fil-A, I went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull up to the front to wait for my order because they were waiting on fresh grilled nuggets to be ready. I only waited 5 minutes and they gave me a full refund because of the«long wait». I was so confused but I definitely appreciate their commitment to customer service. I’ve heard so many other great stories and I’ll forever be a loyal customer.

Is there anything bad to say about Chic-Fil-A? I’ve been to various locations and the service is always top notch. These employees are very happy to be here. This is how fast food should be done. The food is always fresh and delicious. It doesn’t matter if you’re inside or in the drive through, the line moves quickly. That’s probably because they don’t have two people working inside the restaurant. Chic-Fil-A employees dozens of people to keep everything moving at a fast pace. They have truly put«fast» back in fast food. Yes, I am a fan!

I ate here for the first time at this location. It is close to my work and convenient for me to get to. There was a long line in the drive through so we decided to go inside. There was no waiting inside, we were immediately waited on and the staff was pretty friendly. I placed my order for #1 chick-fil-a sandwich with cheese, waffle fries and Arnold Palmer(½ lemonade and 1/ice tea) They will bring you your order whether you eat in or take out. We took ours to go and when I got back to my office my sandwich did not have cheese after she asked me what type and charged me extra for it. I was hungry and I also was not driving all the way back but next time I will check my order before I leave. Since it was my first time there I will give them a pass until I visit again. At that time I will update this review.
