Chipotle Mexican Grill

The service was poor. Employees were talking to each other while helping me. They didn’t say anything to me except what do I want for my bowl. There was no «thank you» and not even «hi». This location has to improve their customer service.

This is my favorite chipotle location. Te definitely give bigger serving sizes than others and obviously know what they are doing. One time I dropped my food on the way out, and they gave me more food for free. Excellent customer service.

Poor service. Disgusting food. Trash location.
I received a PAPER coupon in the mail (expires May 2016), went to redeem my free food & they gave me a hard time.
The cashier kept stating «its not working.» Im like, «whats your point?» She stated «the barcode isnt working» a few times. Insinuating I had used the coupon already. I asked, «dont you take the coupon after the customers present it?» she answered «yes.» Im like «okay, well that would make this my first time using this coupon.» Another associate walked up and said «just give her the manager code.» No apology or anything.
On my way out the door, the associate that caused all the ruckus tells me to «have a nice day.»
Never will I be back to this establishment!

To start off with the good… they were generous in filling the burrito bowl. It was quick, considering I was there at an off peak time (3PM). Being that off peak time, though, caused a couple of other things to happen… they ran out of steak, the rice and fajita veggies had been sitting for awhile, and while the employee was in the process of assembling my bowl, he asked another to replace the veg. I was hoping to get some fresh veg, but they just weren’t ready and I didn’t want to wait. The rice was hard, and the carnitas were extra fatty, and I even picked out a piece of cartilage. Not the most appetizing experience. The floors and tables were all pretty messy as well. They did attempt to do a slight wipe down of some of the tables, unfortunately, they missed the huge mess at the table in front of me, so I had to stare at someone else’s burrito droppings. Granted, the person who spilled should have been decent enough to clean up after himself, but the employee’s random choosing of cleaning tables left me wondering what else they weren’t cleaning behind the scenes.

Recently moved to the area and have tried this Chipotle several times. While every visit was underwhelming, and I was hoping they were just random bad experiences. But today’s visit was my last. The food bar was a mess, with all the topping mixed up. It was completely unsanitary. They were running out of supplies. They were out of chicken and the poor people behind the counter had no clue what to do. Service is poor. Food quality is poor.
This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Honestly doesn’t even seem like it part of the chain. I won’t be returning.

Never much cared for Chipotle, but when I got the free burrito coupon I figured «Might as well give it one more shot.» Big mistake. I woke up in the middle of the night to some of the most awful stomach pains I can recall, followed by a sh*t storm like no other. It’s now 9:00a (5 hours later) and I’m still tossing and turning in bed with stomach pains. I wouldn’t return to eat at this company if they were the last place on earth.

This restaurant served me a raw chicken in my bowl order and now i know how people were getting sick. Watch out for a raw meat served rushed normally during lunch hours.

I usually love chipotle but here lately they have been let me down every time I go to a chipotle what is going on. They need to be trained better when it comes to customer service

Typically very tasty however, the rice today was horribly undercooked and the meat portion at this location is always less than others.

Standard chipotle service. My rice wasn’t cooked throughly. There was a few people who seemed like the were actually glad to be there. And others seemed like they just watching the clock. I’ll be back here

I am a CHIPOTLE regular, but this location is VERY disappointing. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes then go to this location. I have seen other reviews saying it gets busy during lunch, but it isn’t near as busy as other locations. I can go to another location that has the line is out the door, and I bet that I will get my order faster then a person at this Eldridge who is midway through the line. The staff all seems like they hate their jobs no matter how nice and polite you are with them. Super slow and non-​caring compared to other locations that are upbeat and welcoming.
Another thing… This has happened more than three times. The brown rice was hard and undercooked. It ruined my whole meal, and I threw my bowl away. I let the staff know to be nice in case anyone else complained and they just looked at me like I was crazy and said, «Sorry about that.»
Don’t waste your time at this location. You WILL be disappointed!

Food and service is always good, employees keep it clean. Can get packed during lunch hours so be weary of that.

I usually love this place but The brown rice was undercooked. Service was ehh. Portion size smaller than other locations.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

I frequent here on a regular basis.
Packs out during lunch but the wait is never bad. Lemons are always stocked at the drink station.

Nice place for light and enjoyable meal anytime. Family loves it. We are vegetarians and ordered Salad with lots of sauces and salsa along with chips and guacamole.

This place is more modern and clean than the other locations. Its smaller in sizeI had a BOGO coupon. Boyfriend and I decided to use the coupon for lunch. I always get a burrito bowl: steak, brown rice, black beans, mild, corn, cheese, little sour cream, and lettuce. The portions are much smaller than other location. Honestly there is not enough topping! Some of my brown rice was uncooked, dry, and hard. Since it was BOGO I cant complain too much.

Out of all the years I’ve eaten at Chipotle I’ve NEVER seen this. I’m disgusted. On top of that I asked for a little of black beans and she gave me a huge scoop and the sweet tea tasted like pure sugar.

Everyone should know what this place is about. Tacos and burritos. It’s fast, cheap, and good. You’ll find yourself waiting in line if you come on a weekday during lunch. That or you will have no where to sit. I find this a happy medium b/​w expensive tacos from traditional Mexican restaurants and the fake tacos at other fast food joints. Perfect casual in and out lunch hot spot on the cheap.

Chipotle is life!
If you are ever hungry this is the go to place. There’s always a long line but the wait is worth it. But if you’re super hungry then I suggest going to a different place. I always get the burrito bowl it’s like a rice salad. Ask for tortilla on the side and with the leftover rice, meat, and veggies you can have a mini burrito. It’s like 2 in one.
I ordered a burrito bowl with half steak and «carnitas» but man I think the guy gave me chicken instead of carnitas. Bummer but is okay. Chipotle = deliciousness in tummy.
