I wish all these chick-​fil-​a would blow up… wtf are the lines so long? I can’t stand this, I am losing minutes off my life in this dumb line!

This Chick-​Fil-​A has a very friendly staff. They have fun and enjoy being at work. Some call me by name when I step up to the counter to order. Food is fresh and I like the salads. One of my favorite salads is the Grilled Market Salad. It has strawberries and blueberries in it and is served with roasted nuts.
They also have a large play area for kids.

I’ve been eating Chick Fi la for a while. Nothing wrong with the service here except the occasional messed up order, but, they stopped serving what I eat. First they stopped serving the spicy cool wrap with spicy dressing… o.k. at least they still have the cool wrap and I can get the spicy dressing… NOT…Stopped serving it as well… Stopped serving the sunflower seeds with croutons on their salads… what’s next? Too many places to eat at… I am done here. Like I said, nothing wrong with this location, good service, but if I can’t get what I want to eat, I will go somewhere else. If you want to eat here, I’m sure you will find what you want, just not me.

Ridiculously crowded at any time of day. Long lines in drive through and inside. Food is usually hardly even warm by the time you get it.

I really do not understand the obsession with this place. First encounter is very tough to find parking and the drive thru is double stacked all the way around the building.
Once I found a parking spot, I ordered after waiting in a short line. The cashier was pleasant, but seemed very nervous with the crowd. Got my drink order wrong since he was trying to hand out food to previous customers while taking my order.
Food was OK. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were under filled in the cardboard sleeve. Really only got 4 – 5 full sized waffle fries.
Not sure I will be back. The spicy chicken was fine, but can get equal food quality and quicker service at Wendy’s.

Pretty much the best Chick-​fil-​A in Houston. Better staff and food prep than other ones. Very clean, fast, and best of all they have a self-​serve fountain unlike other ones. If I want chicken, I’ll drive up to this one instead of the ones down on 1960.

Undoubtedly the best chick fil a in North Houston. Literally, every. single. time. I go there it is cooked to perfection. The staff is always extremely courteous and are eager to please. Very clean inside, just an all around well run business.
Lunch today did it; so good that it created a moral obligation for me to write on the experience I had. Not to say my day was going bad before, but even the slightest ounce of negative emotion I may have felt before was washed away after enjoying the greatness that is the chick fil a deluxe chicken sandwich. Best $ 10 Gift Card I have been given or will ever receive. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A.

I normally go to 1960/​cutten but was at gym across street .mand famished. Cant nobody pass up Chickfila! ! What I noticed was their Waffle Fries werent as «fried».no goldrn color. Literally white almost! They were goid still. I ordered a #1 vombow and drving home… I notice they also gave me a «Spicey» chicken. Im an adult. n wasntba big deal but had it been my lil kids!!! No Bueno. The girl at Drive thru was supper sweer thou and even said «Have a Blessed Day!!!» That was just beautiful.

I have heard a lot of people praise chick fil-​a and I couldn’t agree more!
If I can choose any fast good restaurant, it would be this one and I am happy to start my reviews with Chick Fil-​A.
Of course, there aren’t any fancy and extraordinary dishes served at any fast food restaurant so ordering the 12 nuggets meal isn’t a big surprise.
My food was hot and the chicken was juicy! In my opinion, this proves that this chain is the best… and who can forget about their special fries? All natural potato! Who can complain?!
To finish off, I ordered a small strawberry milkshake for the road and it’s addicting!
I will be making regular trips to any chick fil-​a restaurant wherever and whenever I go! Next time, I will have to drink their famous lemonade because that is meant to epic, delicious and refreshing!

This location always has consistently good diet lemonade, and their chicken always tastes warm and fresh from the fryer. The employees are all so nice as well!
Get their chocolate chunk cookie for dessert, a snack, a meal, or whatever. It’s delicious for a fast food baked good! When you order the chocolate chunk cookie, they give it to you warm in a little package. The cookie is gooey and loaded with melted chocolate chips. Mmmm…

Don’t you hate it when you ask for ketchup and honey when you’re ordering in the drive thru, get to the window, ask if it’s in the back, get an affirmation, drive off and it’s not in there? Now I can only enjoy my chkn minis and hash browns at 90%.

Since their outside makeover, the drive-​thru has been much more efficient (and safer). No more waiting on the frontage road to enter the drive-​thru line.
Aside from what you would normally get here (nuggets and fries), you must try their brownies. So freakin’ awesome.

Waffle fries are the best!
The chicken is so tasty and they were fast at getting the food out! And it’s cheap!
A good bite to satisfy a little hungry stomach.

Its MFN Chik-​fil-​A what could go wrong?
Absolutely nothing. Thank you Houston for having this establishment so close to my hotel so I could satisfy my craving since last easter. There aren;t any Chik-fil-a’s within reason in my home area (Bay Area California) so I was very happy with what I got. And how fast it was! And cheap!

On my way from The Woodlands to REI and decided to stop buy to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Going south on 249 and I was hoping to stop on the way but missed the exit… so I had to stop on the way home. It was about 2pm when I stopped and I was hoping the lunch crowd was gone but IT WAS VERY CROWDED! The drive thru line went around the restaurant… much too long so I decided to go in. Luckily, I found a spot to park. Once inside, it was crowded but not unbearably so.
The line moved at an acceptable pace and they had several registers open. I ordered one regular sandwich and one spicy sandwich… just to do a taste test. Both with no pickle. The food came quickly and I found a table without a problem. I am a CFA fan and have been eager to try this new sandwich but just have not had a chance.
My taste test went okay… I ate the spicy sandwich first. It was a bit spicy but I could take it… I did have to get a refill on my soda. I then ate the second sandwich and enjoyed it as well. It is still a toss up which I will order next time but either way, I don’t think I will go wrong.
I will say that this particular CFA is not the easiest to find and is in an awkward configuration for drive thru and parking. It is manageable but not what I would call convenient. The entire experience was just as I expected at a CFA and completely met my expectations. The 4 star rating is based on my overall enjoyment of CFA in general and not this store specifically. I would rate this store, relative to other CFA stores as below average, mainly due to the crowd and inconvenient drive thru and parking arrangements.

This is my local CFA and it definitely gets a high mark in my book for cleanliness and friendliness. During busy times it seems that they actually dedicate an employee to cleaning the dining area which is backwards from most fast food staffing theory. They pay specific attention to how they put out the condiments and utensils, lining them up perfectly. I’ve also seen employees many times walking the floor asking customers if they need anything (ketchup, a drink refill, etc.). They have a nice kids play area that stays relatively clean, though sometimes it can be scary. They do have hand sanitizer available at the door of the kids play area for when you’re done! We had a kids bday party here and the staff did a good job with it, plus the cow comes and visits.
