Two reasons why this CFA is getting 5 stars from me: 1. The soda fountain and tea containers are accessible to patrons, so you don’t have to go up to the cashier to ask for refills. I only know of 1 other CFA in Houston that has this set up(on I-10 and Silber). 2. I may have been really lucky, but my sandwich had the largest chicken breast that I have ever received at a CFA. That big piece of meat being inside me was incredibly satisfying. Hopefully future sandwiches from this location will provide breasts that big.

My family and I love eating at chick fil a. The chicken tastes so fresh unlike other fast food restaurants we’ve been to. My favorite part of chick fil a though is their chick fil a sauce. Seriously it’s like the best sauce I have ever tasted. I am so impressed with this fast food restaurant that my family and I have become regulars and that’s a big deal because we are not that big on fast food restaurants just cause of the tastes of others.

Behind the smiling faces. What you don’t know … Did you know employees are not allowed to park at the store? Cars get stolen and broken into, then chickfila ducks responsibility cause they make you park at Walmart or somewhere else. They stole the catalytic converters off my wife’s Toyota. Replacement cost $ 3,100 + labor. On a chickfila income. Really? So next time you see the smiling faces remember, some times you smile or laugh to keep from crying.

I love Chick Fil-A in general but here is where I’ve come the most. Last time I went I had no choice but to have my dogs with me(in the drive thru) and one of my dogs started to bark, long story short, they gave me dog treats for my dogs! I know this is pointless for non-dog lovers but to me it meant a lot, it speaks volumes about their customer service. Previously I’ve also seen a cashier outside added on a little booth(I believe solely for credit card orders) to speed up the process during lunch hours.

Standing ovation for the only location that understands and knows how to move through the lunch hour rush smoothly and painlessly!!! This location knows how it works!!! Yes people, don’t block the exit for drivers picking up their food at the window. They need to get out so the line Keeps moving!!! Keep the flow going!!! Makes ordering and getting food faster!!! There are clearly marked yellow arrows for a reason. Looks like this is the location to go! Hopefully it wasn’t just today! Friendly cheerful staff here too!

If you like Chick-fil-a, you’ll like this one. The lines are out of this world during lunch times, and other times, but I’ve never let that stop me. I, unlike others, have never had wrong orders. One time I was there, their ice cream machine was down, but no biggie. That happens from time to time. Great customer service, as usual. Inside, they bring the food to you, as to help calm down the front I’m sure. And they will clear off your table as well. All around good place to eat.

I love this location! I always get great service as well as nice little perks. They are always quick to get people in and out even when there are a million people there most days. The drive through is exceptional and the workers always have a smile on their face. They always get my order correct and have never missed a beat! I am definitely impressed.

God it’s like whenever I go there something is always wrong! They should write a book on how to lose a customer 101. More often than not, there is a wrong drink order, less food than I’ve paid for, or I’ll ask for sauce that I never receive. Thanks for nothing Chick-fil-a. At least you have good food because the customer service would ruin your business.

If i could eat here every day i would! I go to this location and the one on spring cypress. This one gets a little bit busier during lunch hour. Sometimes its hard to find a parking spot!!!

Unfortunately, much like everything else in this stretch of 1960 in the past several years, this establishment has become very ratchet/low quality. They are so busy because of location, which is why I still put up the shenanigans that happen whenever I come. They are always out of something and supposedly that’s what causes the delays and lack of accuracy on orders. But typically I see at least 10 people hanging around while about 2 or 3 are actually working. This results in my shake coming out 10 minutes after my food, which was ordered to go, so now my food is getting cold as I wait on the shake. Many of the employees act like they used to work at McDonald’s and are not used to being a friendly Chick-Fil-A employee. My fries are usually overdone because they try to pass off ones that have been cooked in old oil to customers. Overall, they are just nothing like they used to be. I have brought this to the attention of management before, and even had the owner(Caddenhead) call and leave his number on my voicemail. Once I tried to call him back and he informed me he was too busy with his kids at that moment to talk to me. I didn’t ask him why he answered the phone then but left it alone. I didn’t return to this location for months, but again, gave in and returned because of location. It’s convenient for me. The location in Willowbrook mall and the one at 249 between Louetta and Spring Cypress provide much higher quality Chick Fil A products. I go there when I don’t mind driving the extra few minutes.

Always busy here but service is always with a smile! I always get extra blue cheese on my salad and extra dressing and they never complain. Tip: go inside when the drive through line is long. You’ll be in and out in no time!

Not my best Chick Fil A experience. My chargrilled chicken breast was a little dry today. But more importantly, the cashier made a couple mistakes: 1) I ordered a meal, which is supposed to come with a medium drink. She gave me a small. Not that big of a deal, but I had to refill after every 4 or 5 drinks. It seriously looked like a kiddie drink. 2) I asked for my meal to come with a side salad, and then I also asked for a small fry too. I didn’t get the fry when they delivered my food to the table, I pointed it out. The cashier did not ring the fry in, so they made me pay for it. I’ve always had great Chick Fil A experiences, so I’ll chalk this one up to an unlucky day, but hopefully it’s better next time.

This review is strictly for the service, most CFA franchise’s are comparable in taste, it is fast food right, what can go wrong besides the fry oil maybe being old or stale buns, it is your standard CFA food for this location. The service here has never been outstanding, pretty average, but something happened the other day that made them lose a customer(at least for awhile) — me. I ordered the soup & salad combo but asked to sub the chicken tortilla soup for the chicken noodle. I was informed there was an up charge of $ 2 which was fine, I agreed to pay. Upon getting my food with the wrong soup, I was told that I was not charged the extra $ 2 and that to exchange the wrong order I would have to pay. This wouldn’t have been a problem had I actually had cash on hand or had I not been in a slight hurry and did not have time to wait on the extra transaction. I work in the food industry and know that true customer service would have been, «here, eat the tortilla soup, the up charge is on us since we made the mistake of not charging your right in the first place.» So instead of receiving a happy customer for life that thinks«hey this place is alright, they’re fixing the mistake and they didn’t even charge me,» they’re getting a disgruntled customer that is writing this all in a Unilocal review.

I’m not a big fan of fast food but wanted to give chick-fil-a a try. The chicken sandwiches did not stand out in my mind but boy was I surprised by the service! Never have I seen such customer service at a fast food joint! There was a man walking around, presumably the manager, who went to each table to ask the patrons how their food was. He also took their cups and refilled the sodas for them and brought it back to their tables. wow!
