Charleys Cheesesteaks

I was here last week on Thursday, the guys at this location were super friendly and persuasive, I was second guessing myself into ordering here, the free samples guy gave me a good tasting sample of the «Chicken Teriyaki» and I fell in love. I ordered the Ultimate Fries with a Strawberry Lemonade. What I didn’t know was when your sandwich is made, you get to choose the veggies and stuff for toppings. This frazzled me a bit but it didn’t stop me from eating it. I did however enjoy the service and the food. I am counting the days til I head back here. The price is a little expensive in my opinion, but it makes a great lunch. I am trying the peach lemonade next time!

Me and wife to to this location and found a bug in her sandwich. And the people didn’t seem that professional

For a quick meal at Memorial City this is a good option. I like the fact that the food comes out quickly and is generally tasty. I’ve actually had nasty Philly Cheesesteaks before, so it’s good to know this isn’t one of the places.
Although the people are generally nice, the guy taking my order wasn’t fluent in English. That type of thing doesn’t bother me. It wasn’t egregious or something that hindered the customer food service, but as I was speaking in English quickly, I did have to repeat myself. If it does bother you, you may not like that. Also, I think it’s a bit pricey, but I guess it can get away with it since Memorial City Mall goes for the whole «fancy like Galleria» mentality.
Last note, the gourmet cheese fries are a bit, eh. The cheese reminds me of the hot cheese from Fuddruckers and the toppings seem okay. Okay is not good enough when you’re paying gourmet prices for these freaking fries. I want a masterpiece, not okay.
