Customer Service is pretty bad here … the staff looks like they are constantly smelling something foul … management has been looking at the line for returns for about 30 min now and has not done anything to make it go faster… There is only one employee and it seems like she is new.

They have changed the layout of the store, and it doesn’t really make a difference to me. I can usually find a few things to buy here, but like the previous review the lines are long(but not horrible like Ross). My concern is that I have to keep a good eye on the cashier as they scan and pack the clothes. There are so many times when I walk out only to have the security alarm ring and be called back to have my receipt checked. Then they would have to take the gray security tag off since it wasn’t done the first time around.

Decent stuff for good prices but not worth waiting in the ridiculously long lines. I thought Black Friday had been moved to March the lines were so effin long. Please don’t get me started on the mass amounts of Bebe’s kids roaming the aisles. Don’t be surprised if you find a Cheeto dust tiny hand print on your new shirt once you get it home. Overall you can find some good deals but is your time and patience really worth it?

This is an interesting strip mall they’ve built in place of the old Northline Mall. I must say, this new build up is certainly an upgrade. This particular is huge but fare key easy to move around in. I really didn’t see anything that stood out for myself but were able to find a couple of options for the wife the staff seem to be nice and on point. I didn’t realize this store was located here but I must say it is a great find.
