Burger King

I just tried the 5 for $ 4. The food was good but that was the smallest burger I have ever seen in my life and it looked like they took ½ a piece of bacon and cut that in half and put it on the burger. I do not like burger king sodas so I had a Hi C fruit punch. That was good and the fries were fresh and hot. The best thing in the meal is their chicken nuggets. Burger King does have the best chicken nuggets out there for fast food.

Let me start by saying that I’ve never had a bad experience at this Burger King. I will admit, however, that Burger King is not my first choice for fast food, so my sample pool is relatively small. BUT there are two reasons why I am giving this Burger King a 5 star review: (1) my boyfriend, whose first choice for fast food usually is Burger King, says that this is the best one he’s been to in regards to quality and service. And (2) the lovely experience that I had at this Burger King a few days ago; to keep it short, I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut a few blocks away, leaving me hungry and actually pretty upset. When I got to the Burger King drive thru window, the older gentleman working the window (I believe he was a manager) noticed I was upset, inquired, and I related that I just had a bad experience at Pizza Hut and was feeling a little blue. He smiled so warmly, and then, noticing I did not have a drink with my order, offered to buy me any drink I wanted, on him. As he handed me the complimentary beverage, he kindly added, «Sometimes in life it is the little things that matter. Don’t let what happened ruin your day.»
I seriously cried after that beautiful display of human empathy at a Burger King drive thru window. More places need people like that man. Good job, Burger King!

Not the fastest drive thru and the food has been inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes ok, then other times like its been sitting out. I have visited during lunch hour and they need to speed up a bit. The BK on DA is faster.

I rated burger king no3 after mcdonals, and carls junior but in and out (not in Texas was always best chain stores brgr)

I had an issue with a very disappointing burger I received at the drive-​thru, so I submitted feedback on the BK website that night. The following day, I received a phone call from the manager. He was very kind and apologetic, and offered me a replacement burger of my choice. A few days later I stopped in, got a free burger, and it was delicious.
I do enjoy their food from time to time, but the attention to customers is what keeps me coming back. Kudos to them for taking care of my complaint, and to the manager (Amir, I believe his name was) for calling me personally to fix things. They have earned my continued business.

Went thru the drive thru and had the croissanwich breakfast and it was delicious. Had a coupon so for 2 it cost only 2.99. Yeah. Service was prompt and accurate.

Pretty good burger and chicken nuggets. They also have mini cinnamon buns for breakfast that you have to ask for, they are off menu. They will flame grill your burger if you ask. And they do it good. I get mine Texas style, with mustard and onions. The King has got good things going on, despite being a maniacal spokesperson.
