What’s wrong with this place? Why no one likes this place?
I was lost from the freeway exit and stopped by after my doctor’s appointment. I had to get some food in my stomach before I pass out. Since it was too late for breakfast, I had a light lunch instead.
I guess I was the only Asian in the restaurant. I sat on a stool right in the middle of dining room. People tend to glance at my direction as they walked in. So I casually looked at them, too.
Considering lunch hour, I was expecting crowd as other reviewers wrote. Well, not this time. I saw more variety of professions came to eat. Some are so comical, I can’t stop laughing.
A college student with a backpack walked in with a headset talking to someone with an attitude. Problem with walkie talkie phone, I really don’t care about what he did last summer. Then, a salesman (by the way he dressed and his conversation topic) on his Bluetooth headset waving his hands like a rapper in a crowded club.
Awww lawd. I’ve gotta come back more often.

After driving though sheets of rain and just before going to my hair appointment, I decided to stop into this Burger King. Service was a little slow on a late Saturday morning, but friendly. Only complaint I have is that they do not post the value menu inside. I had to ask if they still served the sausage, egg, and cheese muffin, which is my standard BK breakfast sandwich.
I inquired about the french toast sticks which were quoted as $ 1.99. I stated that I didn’t want them, but she charged me anyway. Of course, I had the right to correct her on this error, but 1) I really wanted something sweet and sticky and 2) I didn’t think the sandwich was enough to last me through lunch. I was so wrong! That muffin was humungous with a big hunk of yellow egg in the middle. Hot off the grill with melting cheese – Yum!!! I could have did without the French toast sticks. Not worth the money – 3 for $ 1.99. If I hadn’t been a hurry, I would have switched to the muffin combo and gotten the hash browns and coffee for the same final price versus the french toast sticks.
I’ll probably visit again and see if I get consistent gooey goodness with the muffin sandwich.

Horrible service. Was waiting at the drive threw and heard the employer screaming at the car in front of me very rudely. When I started to order she kept telling me to hold and started giving me some one else’s order on the screen. I noticed the cars behind me kept leaving which made me want to leave also since she was also giving them an attitude.

I’ve never been disappointed at this location. The crew members have always been polite, courteous, and professional. They sound friendly on the mic when going through the drive thru. I’ve never had an issue with them messing up too badly on any of my orders. Their customer service is probably the best out of all the fast food places in the area.

I’ve been here a couple of times to get a grilled chicken sandwich, and it’s good. The customer service was excellent and they got my order correct both times. What stood out to me was how nicely they wrapped my sandwich where the veggies weren’t falling out with each bite.

So I saw the new commercials for the burger shots… SO WHAT!!! I gave in!
Was that a huge mistake???
Yeah. Terrible.
Tasted worst than the burgers from middle school that you couldn’t tell was real beef or not.
