The food is alright, in terms of Burger King standards anyway haha; it’s certainly not the worst I’ve had food-wise. I go here fairly often because it’s the closest one to me, and it’s the service that’s the issue. On my most recent visit last week, I went around 4pm on a weekday(so naturally it was dead) and the guy working the drive-thru was a 30-something white man who was talking super fast in an frustrated and exasperated tone the entire time even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru at the time. He was trying to make it as obvious as possible that he was in a hurry to move things along. After I paid and he handed me my card back he asks me as fast and as impatiently as possible«you want any sauce, barbecue, ranch, anything??» before all but throwing the food at me, and I must reiterate, the place was DEAD at the time. Every other time I’ve been the drive-thru workers have been inattentive mumblers that I need to repeat my orders to every time and frequently get them wrong. If there’s another location you can easily get to, I’d recommend doing so.

Went thought the drive through. I was the 4th car. The inside was not crowded. It took 20 minutes to get my food. Then I looked at the food and they had given me the wrong order. No one apologized and they actually seemed irritated that I didn’t want what they gave me. They made up my new order and guess what? The food was cold. How can food that they make up and give you right out of the kitchen be cold? I have had trouble here before. I like Burger King, but this is the worst one I have ever been to.

Worst Fast Food Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Twice it took me more than 30 minuets to get my food. The second time of my 30 minuet wait I asked what was in the world was taking so long and the answer I got from the female employee with an entire sleeve of tattos was, «There was a car that wuz a couple bfo yuz and thez had played a joke on us and we thought they wuz you» to where I simply told them that I could no long wait and my 30 min lunch break was up and to give me my money back. After asking for my money back I was ask for my card by the manager on duty and guess what… THEYCOULDNOTPUTITBACKONMYCARDAFTER5MINUETSOFTRYINGANDHADTOENDUPGIVINGMECASHBACK. Unbelievable that that place can even keep its doors open,

Lol at the comment about«sketchy people» working here. What other fast food burger joint in the Houston area does not employ«sketchy people»? Either grow a set or go through the drive thru. I actually came on here just to commend the staff here! I came here today and they were clearly dealing with some adversity in the kitchen. Ticket times were definitely taking longer than they should. So naturally a few customers were being less than kind and understanding. But the staff kept a happy demeanor and were nothing but friendly and courteous to the frustrated customers. Whoever was working the register today at 12:45 deserves a promotion. She has a great attitude and was incredibly friendly.

Truth be told, I’m actually a little scared eating at this Burger King. There are some questionable people here. Burger: What I ordered was more on the flat side. It tasted good to me, though. Fries: Gosh, the size is tiny compared to a few years ago, but it still tastes yummy to me. Service: Okay, I ate here yesterday. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or not but not only was the cashier taking orders, he was also bringing the food out as well. To me, he did look questionable, but that’s not on point. Atmosphere: Strangely, it felt gloomy here and a little scary. At least they were playing Christmas music to lighten the mood. The place itself: I know for a fact that one of the bench seats is going to collapse one day. On a past visit, my dad, brother, and I sat on bench seats that gave a bit away when we sat down on them. During the whole visit, I was prepared if the seat collapsed. The play area… how long has it been since it’s been clean. I’m not much of a germaphobe, but this brings the germaphobe side of me. Overall: 2 stars(note, the 2 stars is not for the food I had.)

Last two weeks I have stopped at this BK. Last week the drive thru didn’t work. This week the battery on the microphone just happen to go out. What the heck!

I have been to this branch couple of times recently. Service has been pretty good and the staff is quite friendly. This place feels like one of those neighborhood coffee shops I used to frequent where the staff knows you well and makes you feel welcome.

I live less than 5 minutes from this place and can say the quality has gone way down over the last few years. It seemed to start after hurricane IKE in 2008. The power was out for at least 2 weeks in this area. Once things started getting back to normal my husband and I went here for a quick hot meal and felt sick afterwards. It took a long while but we tried it again. The food just didn’t taste very fresh and was not well made. The location further down 249 at Cypresswood is much much better but, alas we’ve resorted to going elsewhere.
