Burger King

Overall this location is okay for the drive through and not the best for dining in. (I’ve been coming here a while since it’s close to work.)
Dining room:
The dining room always feels very humid and sticky. When I’ve eaten in, it has usually been dirty. It’s dirty even when it’s slow and the dining room is empty. ¹⁄₅ stars
Drive through:
The drive through service is usually quick. Sometimes they don’t get the soda right. ³⁄₅ stars
Food:
The food is okay. It has been inconsistent. Sometimes it’s well made. Sometimes their fries are old and not well stalted. ³⁄₅ stars

My brother frequently insists on coming here for late night dinner after we get off work and on Sundays, the service is great and we’re able to order, get our food, and pull out of the drive through within minutes. However, on Saturdays after mignight, my brother and I can never place an order because it seems like no one is listening or watching for people going through the drive thru. There’s a car parked outside and the lights are on inside, so there should be someone working inside. However, no matter how long we wait at the ordering box repeating «hello,» no one ever responds and we just leave after a few minutes. This has happened every Saturday we have been there, so unless there’s something going on that I don’t know about, I’m guessing that the person working Saturdays just doesn’t care about serving any late customers.

The cashiers are pretty friendly when I go here. Occasionally there’ll be a cashier with a heavy accent and sometimes it’s hard to communicate with her but it’s not to much trouble for me.
If you order inside you can see then assembling the burger in the back. All the salad and tomatoes seems fresh and they taste that way too.
The tables inside are usually really clean. The bathrooms are locked and can be unlocked by the cashier.
One time our order was delayed and it took 15 minutes for us to get our order. They were nice enough to offer a free apple pie or Hershey’s pie for the wait.

Went there for a quick snack. Had a iphone coupon from BurgerKing Corp. which they have been advertising as an app to download. The supervisor refused to accept it because she said they were a franchise and owned by a ‘private man’. The supervisor was loud, condescending, and acted like she was my school teacher. There was a line and when I pushed back, she agreed to accept it as a ‘courtesy’. I now find out she was wrong as franchises are supposed to accept corporate coupons unless noted. As a supervisor, she needs proper training to learn how to talk to people. I don’t expect much from Burger King, but at least the minimum courtesy !! Also, she obviously does not have her facts correctly. Go to McDonalds, or Jack in the Box, they are across the street!
