Hands down — the best. Like a couple of other reviewers, I grew up in that area(sort of) and this way back when was the Go To mall for my family. One of my fave things to do besides the arcade was Brothers Pizza. We grew up knowing all the guys that worked behind the scenes cuz they were family. I haven’t been in a while but the last time I stopped in to pick up my shoes(shoe repair shop in the mall that rocks) — I stopped in and picked up a slice for old times sake and yep, still good. This place was a staple for the mall for many years and although the mall has gone a bit downhill, this pizza place is the bomb… still. Two thumbs up …

I’ve eaten pizza from this place for approximately 32 years & it has almost always been among the best! Way back when I was a kid & my mom would drop me off at the big red thing all the kids would climb & play on. When they had the water chimes down by Sears & had one of the very few Chic-fil-A’s in Houston. The problem is, I went there this Monday 2÷7÷11& it was boarded up. I think Gunspoint Mall has finally gotten so bad that they closed up shop. I’m not sure if they are remodelling or they just closed, but I think had they been remodelling, there would have been a sign. I hope they simply decided to reopen in one of the many strip centers around the area to reduce over head from the mall lease fees. I was so happy to be working close enough now to go there and now they closed. At least the one on Cypresswood delivers to my home! For those that knock the early delivery times they had, you must understand, it’s not a very safe area to be roaming around in at night. @ June C. — Just because it was in a mall doesn’t mean the food wasn’t good. Don’t downgrade a place beacuse you didn’t take the time to find the accurate location of a place or try the food. @ Taylor H. — The arcade isn’t within Brothers control, nor is decline in the area. You said the pizza was above average & only gave them 2 stars. Review them on factors they can control… the quality of the pizza! As for beer selection, how many other places in the mall even offer beer? It’s a pizza joint, not a pub. The brick & mortar location is the HWY6 location.

Couldn’t eat here. A couple of reasons 1) I’m a little pissed because someone posted a picture that is not accurate. That picture had me wasting time looking for something that isn’t there. 2)This location is in a mall food court. I’m not a big fan of food-court food.

With an upcoming pizza UYE that I cannot attend taunting me next week(I have to work, no way out of it), I was happily surprised to discover they have a 2nd Brothers Pizza location right around the corner from my office. This Brothers Pizza has its own humble little section in the Greenspoint Mall food court. As another reviewer observed, it is a sketchy mall that has seen better days. I’ve recently heard it referred to as «Gunspoint.» In any case, I was aware of this as I walked up to the Ellipse Food Court entrance and scanned for Brothers Pizza. If you’re coming in from this entrance, it’ll be on your left, between the Wendy’s and Cajun place. I ordered a slice of cheese, a veggie slice, and an order of garlic cheese bread. There was a lonely slice of cheese left and the guy grabbed it and listed off the vegetable items(peppers, black olives, red onion, pepperocini, mushrooms). All of it, I told him and he went off to doctor up the slice. After he did so and proceeded to pop it in the oven, I noticed a big cheese pie in the oven, keeping warm. He went off to make the garlic cheese bread, then popped that in the oven too. While I waited, I perused the menu to consider other options for future occasions when I am stuck at work without proper sustenance. In addition to pizza by the slice and full pies, they offer dinner, Greek, and antipasto salads, subs, and simple pasta dishes like spaghetti and meatballs or sausage, lasagne, manicotti, and ravioli. Everything is reasonably priced, but most importantly, how does it taste? A-OK, as far as I’m concerned. My cheese slice was humonguous – it could’ve easily been split in two and still be a generous serving. It was very thin and had it been divided in two, I could’ve folded it and consumed it true NY-style. The garlic bread was buttery, cheesy, and tasty. The veggie smelled good, but I ended up foisting it on a co-worker since I overexceeded my carb intake for the day. Overall, I may return and try the pastas, but then I could also make my own and remember to bring my lunch to work. Note, the picture accompanying this Greenspoint Brothers location is incorrect. They are inside the mall in the food court.

Brothers Pizza is in a food court in a very old a sketchy mall. Not impressed at all with the location. The pizza was above average. Fun to watch the wild unwatched kids in the arcade next to the dining floor. Also — beer selection is not impressive at all. The best thing here is the Landshark Lager which I would skip. The upside is that the pricing is fair. Also note that the nice looking picture is NOT of this location.

I started visiting Brother’s when I was a kid when Greenspoint was still bright, shiny and new. I lived just a few blocks away and spent entire days there during the summer. I hadn’t been in years and went back a few years ago. Brother’s LOOKED exactly the same and the pizza was just as perfect as I remembered. I swear some of the original guys were still there. I’ve since been back a couple times and their pizza is my favorite in town. I was in NYC twice this past year and nothing I’ve had in Houston comes as close to simulating those giant, perfectly greasy slices of pizza in a New York pizza kitchen as Brother’s. Plus, it’s CRAZY cheap. Oh, and try the calzones. They are out of this world.

When I first started my current job almost two years ago I sat in the lonely lunch room gnawing on my sad sandwich — and then my new co-worker came in with a couple of cheesy, greasy, sweet and salty smelling slices of pizza in a brown bag. I quietly asked her where she had come from. I blame this co-worker for my twice monthly trips to Brother’s Pizza. Seriously, paydays are extra rewarding for me! I’ve never been to NY and really, having these guys around the block — why would I need to? The cheese is just so fresh where you can taste the mozzarella in there… its not just«cheese.» But where its at is the crust. It has enough crisp… yet is doughy, chewy and light. Mmmmm. The Hwy 6 and I-10(Sams parking lot) location is always pretty busy — but the guys run an efficient little machine. The Jersey/NY accent probably helps alot too when your waiting for your name to be called.

I agree with the other posters. This is the best pizza in town. I grew up in Westchester County, NY and this is the real deal. My two favorite locations are Perry & Mills in NW Houston near 1960&549, and I-10& Hwy 6. My first trip to a Brothers was up in the Woodlands(also recommended). I’ve met one of the Brothers and two of the Sons — good people. This is a family owned and family run restaurant and that’s a positive. I always get a calzone(just the standard way — less is more). I’ve had hit and miss with NY Pizzerias. Birra Poretti’s has their House Pizza, but only in Downtown. You have to be in the mood for Star. The crust ain’t happening at Collinas. Brothers never disappoints. You just have to drive outside of the loop.

Everybody thinks the best pizza is the version they grew-up with, so I know we will never have agreement. My daughter grew-up in Georgia, and loves Pizza Hut… I grew-up in northern NJ, where they have great pizza, but as you move around the NE — - or even town-to-town in NJ — — you find important differences. I have tried many of the highly rated places in Houston, and nothing beats Brothers for pure honest cheese pizza. You can get a few slices and a drink for no more than fast food — — which is the way it should be. Have years of experience with 2 of the locations, and have never been disappointed with the food. Sometimes a little slow on clean-up of tables… just like the pizza joints I remember…

The finest NY style pizza you can find in Houston. This place has been around forever, and members of the family have branched out to other locations around town. I remember coming to this place as a kid, back when Greenspoint used to be the coolest mall in town(next to the Galleria). There’d always be lines for this fantastic thin crust delight. I often dream of brothers, when I’m stuck eating some lessor pizza somewhere else.
