6) Great central location between Westchase and the Galleria and surrounded by highly rated restaurants on Unilocal like Thai Gourmet
Cons:
1) Outdated
2) Musty room carpet smell
3) Extremely loud AC to ruin sleep quality
Despite all the terrific amenities, this hotel lacked the most important aspect: good sleep quality. Unless the AC unit is upgraded or you are a heavy sleeper, you may want to reconsider.

Hotel is outdated and worn, but pretty clean in all areas.
The water was being worked on when I arrived, so there was no hot water until the morning. That was annoying!
However, the service was exceptionally accommodating! I was given an upgraded room right off the bat. Everyone was friendly and helpful for every inquiry. And when I accidentally left items in the room after checkout they actually called me to see what I would like done with my things. I’ve stayed at much better hotels that wouldn’t have done that.
If the quality of the facility matched the service, this would be a five star review. But again — it is clean and serviceable, just dated and worn.

this hotel was so deceiving. the pictures online looked like it was updated and newer. i only book 3 star hotels or more. we stayed at 4 hotels in our one week trip to Texas and this one was the one was such a disappointment. it should definitely be a 2 star hotel… the rooms wreaked of smoke and the smell was so nasty. the rugs were dirty the bathroom was not updated… very small hotel. doesnt have a lot to offer… gym was tiny and you need a pass for free breakfast…(weird).
