If I could give you zero stars, I would. Twice, I have been here during lunch. Twice, you have only had ONE teller. you close at 4:00. Lunchtime is the only time most people have to come in. Why on earth would you only have 1 teller?! As I’m typing this, I have been standing in line for twenty minutes with three customers ahead of me. Get your act together BOA.

went in with one problem solved 3 and offered and better mortgage. The only gripe on a payday friday afternoon ONE person in the office to deal with accounts? Come on– my time is valuable too– I don’t want to wait 40 minutes for a person to help me. Other than that… they are ok

Final straw! I have been a BofA customer since these it was Nations Bank. The dissatisfactions have been stacking up. As a BofA customer the North Eldridge location ATM wants to charge me a transaction fee of $ 3.00 because the«proprietor of this ATM inacted this fee». Did BofA sell their ATM to other owners? I have been trying to call the branch every day since 4 – 13 around 9:10AM nobody will pick up the phone.

Very very busy location. Customer service is ok, they don’t mind changing 100 $ 1’s into a Benjamin. Parking is limited for this busy branch, don’t know who thought that one up but oh well.
