Awesome bubble tea!
When I think of delicious, good quality and reasonably priced bubble tea, Bambu always comes to mind. I’m in the Bay now and haven’t managed to find a place that compares to Bambu yet.
I like my boba in slush form and with plenty of options (I like to be adventurous with flavors and try something different every time). Bambu has a ton of great options and even a wide assortment of jellies to go along with your drink that all taste great. I’ve yet to come across a flavor I didn’t like.
If you’re ever looking for a boba fix, this is definitely your place!

Don’t get the milk tea. They taste like soap. Bleh. But I’m sure other flavor are just fine. I’ve been here before and got the smoothies, thought I’d get milk tea this time but it didn’t taste right. This place doesn’t have as many options besides boba and jelly. I wanted some egg pudding but they didn’t offer it here.

The drinks are delicious! I recommend the Bambu special #1: pandan jelly, longan, basil seeds, fresh slices of shaved coconut in coconut water with a scoop of shaved ice. My husband got the taro coconut smoothie and it was quite tasty as well: not too sweet and the tapioca was nice and chewy! I heard they started offering kolaches. I sampled a free kolache bite and it was a pleasant surprise. You wouldn’t expect a drink/​dessert place would have have tasty kolaches, but this place does! The dough had a nice sweetness to it. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was crisp and clean. It’s by far the cleanest BAMBU we’ve been to. You can tell the owners really take pride in their shop. We will be back soon!

I’ve had tapioca drinks before, but the one I got from Bambu just blew me away. I had the Vietnamese yogurt one with different color sinkers in there. I had no idea what they were but it was delicious!
Since I had not been there before, I asked the waitress to give me something good. WOW.
The place looked nice and clean, and the help was friendly. I’ll definitely visit more often.

Cleanest and nicest bamboo I’ve ever been too. Many different smoothies, desserts and drinks for around the price of Starbucks coffee. Make sure you get a stamp card because for every drink you order you get one stamp, get 10 stamps and you will get a free drink.

Place is clean and beautifully decorated. Even the bathroom is nicely done.
Drink came out quick and are reasonably priced. Everything we ordered was great.
Jasmine milk tea Blended drink was nicely blended. Not too bland and not too sweet.
#3 Dessert was yummy, nice combination.
Vietnamese coffee was a bit strong for me, more ice was needed though.
Nuoc mat was a bit sweet but overall, good.
Will be coming back.

First time to try this location. Tried three drinks, coconut, berry, and special. Everything was too sweet, would have loved something a bit sour.
Did not like the bean drink. I’m sure it’s something you need to get used to.

I definitely will be coming back to this place. It has a great atmosphere to hangout, to study, to relax. The service was on point. Didn’t feel rushed, and he was friendly and focused on the customers. The tapioca were perfectly cooked. Drink was on point with flavor. Delicious and affordable! Although it would be nice to have different sized, but I am very satisfied!

I used to be a big fan of The Teahouse until I started getting my boba fix here. I’m not sure if the guy who always takes my order is the owner, but he is extremely nice all the time. I always get phenomenal customer service at this particular location — not that I’ve ever been to the other ones to really know. My favorite is the Almond Milk Tea with tapioca. The tapioca balls are very fresh and chewy, not frozen and hard like some of the other boba places around town. Five stars!

Everything tastes boring. It’s the most basic bambu I have ever been to. Go down to the one south Houston. Much better and more to offer.

I usually order the #1 Bambu Special. It isn’t much, but I like the combination of coconut, basil seeds, longan, and pandan jelly.
All this stuff can be made at home with a cheaper price. I’ll complain it’s a bit pricey for $ 5 since I have seen the COG, but it’s a business! Definitely great for a sweet dessert/​drink. I see they serve tapioca/​boba/​bubble tea now. The boba wasn’t great when I had it at the bellaire location. I will give it another try here when I return.
Even though the ingredients are simple, they can create all kinds of drinks for you. Just let them know what you want and they’ll do their best to meet your standards. I wouldn’t sip on something that doesn’t satisfy your taste buds. Let them know if you don’t enjoy your drink.

Tried this location for the first time and was not disappointed. I ordered Bambu Special #10 which has red tapioca, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut juice. This is my favorite cause I’m never really a bean person. So if you aren’t either, this is a good choice for you.
My sister had a strawberry smoothie. This was one of the better strawberry smoothies I’ve tried. Very sweet and creamy.
The store is really new and clean. It was quiet when I got there. Much different experience than when I go to the Bellaire location and usually don’t have a place to sit when waiting for my drink.
