Bailey Orthodontics

I read the Unilocal review for Bailey orthodontics and I decided to call an make an appointment for a consultation. This facility is beautiful! The receptionist and the lady who did my x-​rays arevery nice. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and informative. Customer service at its best! My consult with Dr. Bailey went very well. She examined my teeth and explained my treatment plan. She was also very nice! I’m very happy and I will be making an appointment to get braces very soon. I also feel very comfortable bringing my 9 yr old daughter here for a consultation.

So I have had some jacked up teeth for as long as I could remember so decided I needed to do something about it. I must have gone to 6 consultations at different orthodontic offices before I decided to go with Bailey Ortho. I consulted on every braces system imaginable from invisalign, icognito, lingual, ceramic, regular metal braces etc etc and did tons of research. Thanks to Youtube and Google I decided to go with the Damon system.
They are smaller brackets, self aligning/​ligating and affordable. Bailey was the closest ortho in my area that specializes in this kind of system. I called to do an appointment for consultation. Karen assisted me by phone and you could tell she was smiling while talking on the phone. When I got to my appointment she greeted me with her warm smile and gave me a tour of the facility. She then sat and talked to me about my teeth straightening needs. She explained the benefits of the Damon system and answered every question I had. She made me feel totally at ease. After our discussion Dr. Bailey walked in to assess my needs. She knew exactly what needed to be done and was very thorough in explaining what I needed and why I needed it. I knew then that out of all my appointments and consultations this was the place where I wanted to get my braces.
They have state of the art machines and everything is in office. I got my X-​rays done and they also have a machine that takes 3D images of your teeth and can show you what your teeth would look like after your done with with your treatment. I sat back down after all my images were taken and decided on the clear Damon brackets. The clear Damon Bracket is made of stain resistant plastic which means I can enjoy my coffee and wine and I don’ have to put up with a mouth filled with silver. I set up an appointment right then and there. I went in on a Wednesday for my consultation and by Thursday I had a mouth full of brackets and wires.
Once I got my braces put in by Dr. Bailey, the technician that assisted her sat down with me to discuss the DOs and Dont’s while wearing your braces and also how to have proper oral hygiene. You leave with a bag full of goodies to help you properly cleanse and maintain your teeth, gums and braces. The next day Karen called me to follow up and see how I was doing. I have gone in for three adjustments so far and I’ve never spent more than 15 minutes in office. They are fast and courteous and care that you get fantastic results.
