The Woodlands, TX
Tara Fase, owner of APC Property management is dishonest, lazy, unprofessional, mean spirited and a liar. Be warned that her business practices and accounting methods are flawed too. She has been spiteful, verbally abusive, unreasonable, uncooperative and vindictive.
It is questionable how she got a BBB rating unless she falsified that as well.
She really needs to get out of this line of work as she truly doesn’t know what she is doing.

What a horrible awful business! My HOA association was looking to hire a new management company but this one took the cake! Initially Ms. Staci Gregory quoted me $ 150 a month which was extremely reasonable and yet when she sent over the contract it suddenly mushroomed to $ 325 a month!!! How is that even possible??? When I questioned Ms. Gregory she refused to explain how the expenses added up so quickly or why it occured in that manner. I then requested to speak to her manager which she refused to do. She kept telling me the «owner» of APC management had been with her on an inspection of my HOA property but then refused to give me her name. Abruptly she discontinued the conversation and simply left me hanging. How do these guys have a BBB rating and why?
