I had Bryan he was great! I asked for a sports massage and that’s exactly what he gave me, the only downfall was it was on 50 mins not an hour, I was kind of disappointed bc I wanted to join and become a member, I’m in the service industry myself but I think I’ll go back to my old guy Jeremy at healing hands, but if you like strong guys go to Bryan he was very professional and detailed I just wish I had had 10 more mins of his time. :(

I’ve tried four different locations and this place has the best service and excellent therapists. They are very professional and keep the place very clean. I always book Jacob or Ruth for deep tissue. Lance in the front office is the best!

I have a deformity in my neck that has caused chronic pain for 20 years. Massages help but are never very relaxing due to the chronic muscle spasms and knots I have had my whole life. However, I have found one massage therapist at Massage Heights in Cinco Ranch that is an Angel sent from Heaven — PATTY. I not only relax, but she can work my knots and spasms out, and does amazing energy work that leaves me with a calmness that I have never experienced before. I will never see another therapist and I trust Patty explicitly. She has such a kind heart and wonderful healing hands that I truly believe she was placed on this earth to help relieve others of their pain and suffering. She is a miracle worker — definitely check her out if you want peace, tranquility and the most relaxing massage you have ever had.

Amazing. Total relaxation. I was able to stop in for a quick massage. My therapist was great. I asked to have a relaxing massage and wanted to get a few zzzZzzZZZZzZ. They did not talk to me during the session. I look forward to coming back. Aroma therapy was nice too.

This place has definitely made some steps in the right direction. It took a while but I’m finally getting consistent massage therapists and the front desk staff does a good job making recommendations based off of my past massages.
Tips for success:
— talk to the front desk about what type of massage you want (no, not just what’s on the menu, but specifics you’re looking for in a therapist). This way, they can choose a better therapist for you
— Find someone you like and book way in advance to make sure they are available when you want to see them. A lot of the good therapists are completely booked weeks in advance.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing massage in a clean and professional environment. I’ve never really enjoyed massages, but felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my experience. They really listened to my concerns and customized my massage to fit my requests. Will definitely be going back ;)

Woo hoo is right! This was just what the doctor ordered. I’ve been to handfuls of massage studios over the years, and now I’ve returned to Massage Heights for at least the 5−6^th time! This was my second session with Brian and have been nothing but completely satisfied! I get just what I ask for, and it’s great to be offered aromatherapy, too. From the minute you call to make the appointment (front desk staff is so personable,) to walking out as a more than relaxed (ahhhhh) customer, you will have a fantastic experience. I promise! For years on end, I thought I had to go to an overpriced day spa to have the «experience,» (what, like a bathrobe and slippers are THAT great!!!) Nope! Massage Heights is clean, calm, and relaxing. Namaste.

Had my very first Massage Heights experience last week, and was VERY impressed. My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas, and I was thrilled to finally use it. Gorgeous facility, super clean, and the staff behind the desk seemed to really care that I have a delightful experience. My masseuse listened when I told her what areas needed attention, and really worked out all of the knots in my shoulders that have been there forever. I also loved the aromatherapy oils used during the session. I didn’t sign up for the membership this time, but I’ll definitely be considering it for the future. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!:)

This is as good as it gets !!! A slice of heaven on earth if you ask me. Very clean, warm and welcoming staff. One hour where the world melts away. I love that they listen and make me feel comfortable. GO !!!

My fiancé bought me a gift certificate for the holidays and I couldn’t wait to go! The environment very calm and relaxing. I got a Swedish massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! It was long and relaxing and the therapist worked out all my kinks! I highly recommend this place!

Always a great experience when I go to this Massage Heights location. Staff is friendly, the rooms are extra clean and the massage therapist attentive to whatever back issues I am having at the time. Highly recommend visiting if you haven’t had the opportunity.

This is a great location and the staff is always friendly. Rolando is my favorite therapist, but he books fast so you will need to do a little planning. All around great experience!

I love this location. The staff is always courteous and the message therapists are amazing. Only bad thing is that they don’t have many availability and parking is bad, probably due to how popular this place is!

This location has a good group of massage therapists. I have had some very pleasant interactions with the receptionist staff. Just recently I had a weird experience where the receptionist wanted a current phone number which I haven’t changed any of my contact info so that was a little weird but other than that all interactions have been good.

I’ve been part of their Membership for the past year and to me feel its worth the money. My Membership started at the location on Westheimer and Shephard and it started out a bit rocky, but I’ve been attending the at the Voss location.
Overall, my experience has been very good, and yes, sometimes they may not get you in on your designated time but generally you’ll get a god 50 minutes in and I’m ok with that. Especially for the price! Service at the front desk has been always welcoming, both on the phone and in person. Most the message therapists are pretty consistent. I always ask for the Swedish message.

My review of this Massage Heights on Voss Road/​San Felipe has long been overdue.
I joined their «membership» program the first night they opened. Initially they were very accommodating. Massages was good, when I requested to have a 1 hour massage, it would usually mean 50 minutes. No big deal. It was explained prior to signing the membership. I had a favorite masseur who gave Excellent massage, but after close to a year, I heard she was fired. Wow. That made me sad. But this location is so close to my house and I like the fact that it’s pretty clean. However the massage experience went downhill after that. I tried with so many different female masseurs. Some were good, some were just too hurry and was basically rubbing oil on my body. MANY times they did not even give me at least 50 minutes. Let’s say my appointment is at 2:00 p.m. If I was LATE even 5 – 10 minutes, they would DOCk it off my time share. However, many occasions they were late, and yet they never made up for it. Very very convenient for them. Also on my original membership, the rules and terms were prett vague. I was surprised to learn later on that They WILL cancel your Remaining Un-​Used BUT PREPAID sessions if you don’t renew your membership with them.
WOW. And on top of that, they literally forced you to renew membership and had the GAL to charge $ 50 REnewal Fee if you renew it for only 6 months. Basically they are forcing you to sign a 1 year membership to avoid that $ 50 renewal fee.
So to recap:
1. Inconsistent massage. Mediocre at best.
2. $ 50 Renewal Fee unless you renew/​sign up for their 1 year membership at $ 59.99/month. Without membership it’s $ 89.99 per session.
3. If you are late, they will dock you. If they are late, they won’t make up for the time lost.
4. Pushy staffs.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re not punctual at all. They take you in after your appt and you leave before your appt time is over! 5 times, nothing has changed!

After a move from a different city and many many many massages across the globe, I was in desparate need of a massage. My left leg and hip had been bothering for a few weeks. A numb pain. I broke down and last minute called Massage Heights at 6:45 pm. A pleasant voice on the other end of the line. Super helpful. Responsive and efficeint. So I had a positive vibe going in. And then I met my therapist. She did a ½ smile/​greet and guided me back to the room. Led me in, asked what areas I was having trouble with. I was specific to areas I’d like worked on (inner and outer IT band, anterior and medial shin)…I got a blank stare and with a …“soo your leg right?” Uhh sure if that was confirmation you understood.
She then said ok, I’ll be right back. assuming it wasn’t my first massage and I knew I needed to get undressed and hop on to the table… othewise I’d have been like. ok so I’ll just wait for ya!
She starts with a wonderful aromatherpay of lavendar and eucalyptus. And then it just went down hill from there. I am a small woman, but I like an effective massage. So while the pressue was good… the massage was horrible. It was rough and actually caused more tension and anxiety than when I went in. I really wanted to relax and like it. Nails are ok, but when they dig into your skin at a very abrupt, fast pace, it’s the most uncomfortable feeling ever. i have scratch marks all over my body.
I thought ok she’s just rubbing the oils on… NOPE. It felt so rushed i couldn’t find my zen. I did tip $ 10 as i know people go in and tip next to nothing, but the receptionist that checked me out said «so how was everything?» my response: «ok» She asked if I’d be coming back… no I don’t think i will be. «UH ok what happened?» My response was well it just wasn’t that great to tell you the truth. Silence. When people are given the chance to correct a problem, she is silenced. Hmmm interesting. Anyway. I’m sure they have good massage therapist but I just did not get lucky enough.

My first massage experience was simply amazing thanks to Massage Heights. All of the locations offer an introductory rate of $ 50 for a Swedish or Deep-​Tissue massage (regular price $ 80 for non-​members). When booking your appointment, you do have to give your credit card information but they won’t charge on this card. This information is simply to hold your appointment and charges are applied if you don’t show up or cancel very close to your appointment time. When we arrived, the receptionist was very attentive and offered us water as we completed the form. Make sure to arrive about 10 minutes early, so you can actually get the full hour of massage you are paying for.
On to the actual massage: My friend and I got the deep-​tissue massages together and my masseur was Philip and my friend’s was Ronaldo. They were both professional and asked us some basics before our massage. First, we received the aromatherapy, which i think is a joke because it was a mere 2-​second sniff of the oils from the palm of his hands. Unlike the aromatherapy, the actual massage was amazing! He made sure to work out all my knots and relieve the stiffness that was there. The entire massage was so soothing and it was as if I was drowning in an endless bliss. Too bad it was only an hour long… Everyone deserves a massage once in a while and this is definitely a place to try!
