This«hole in the wall» is alright with me. It’s a great place to let your hair down, dance, relax, while listening to a live band. The D.J. is all the way live! He plays R&B, blues, Zydeco, old school music, and rap. The dance floor stays packed, swinging out, line dancing, and 2stepping. It’s a grown and sexy crowd, 30-and above. They serve free food, and a bathroom attendant is present. The drinks are cool, and the bartenders are sweet. I walked in jamming, and left out sweaty. .that means I had a Damn good time, definitely will visit again!

Unlike Unilocaler Justin, I don’t live close, so I’m not always able to pop in for a drink and«relax.» I usually visit on Friday or Sunday evenings. I generally begin across the street, on my motorcycle, then swagger over here. I really enjoy Dreams as the customers are pretty solid, and after a while, one knows what to expect and when. The drinks seem to be consistent, and the pool table in the back doesn’t seem to get too crowded(as that’s where the restroom is). I do, however, HATE the idea of restroom attendants at R & B lounges. They just seem like out-of-place-beggars. I’m interested in whether or not men have restroom attendants in these kind of joints. Either way, I especially love Dreams as it is small, local, free, and always an easy hole-in-the-wall to manage. Be fairly warned: Sundays are crowded, but good. I recently wanted my mother to see where I hang out, and I had never seen her more nerved-up and taken aback by all the people. I don’t think she’ll be returning any time soon.
