A water pipe burst in the hotel yesterday. Management was unable to get it fixed in the course of a full day and it burst again around 10 pm, leaving the whole hotel with no water. Management had the gall to charge room rent for the night we had no water. I was able to beg a bottle of water from the front desk so I could at least brush my teeth. As of 9am there is still no water.
A nice little hotel otherwise but I’ll never stay there again.

Extremely friendly staff, amenities good. The first night there was a roach when I walked inside the room. Later, during the night there was one on the ceiling above the bed and one on the adjacent wall. No sleep after that one! The room appeared clean so I asked to move to 2nd floor. No more roach problem but the last night the air conditioner stopped working at midnight and I only had the fan-​awful night. The sign flashing outside said «Stay 3 Nights Get 20% Off.» Upon checking out I was told I already had a low rate and could not get the 20% off.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and all the amenities — free wifi, mini fridge, toaster, microwave, pets allowed. We will certainly stay here again.
