Gross. Okay, this place is pretty cheap, but still. Rooms were visibilly dirty when I got here. They tried to pass off one of our 3 rooms with a smocking room.(We reserved non-smoking.) Few of the lights worked. Holes in the comforter. J5yst an icky vibe. At least theres a microwave and mini fridge. The rooms feel over crowded with tbe bulky furniture.

FALSEADVERTISEMENT **UPDATE** They have a hold on my account and won’t release it. I am having trouble checking out of the hotel I stayed at instead, because I have«insufficient funds». The reason I have that is because the Red Roof Inn WILLNOT release my money. DONOTGOHERE! We drove all the way here, three hours, to have a weekend vacation. I booked the hotel about a week prior. When I found this hotel listed, it stated that you had to be at least 18 years of age to rent, which is great for me. I’m under 21 so it was really hard to find a hotel to accept me. Once I booked, I called the hotel and asked what the age was to rent, just to make sure. I was told that the minimum age was 18, so I was good. When we finally arrived, the man at the front desk turned us away because I was not 21. I was confused. I told him that I had called and asked someone about the minimum age, and they had told me 18. I also stated that it said 18 years on their website. He then told me that the managers’ policy was no one under 21. I was not upset about having to be 21, I run into that problem every where. I was upset at the fact that I drove all the way out here, only to be told completely different. I did not stay. I have no idea what the rooms were like.

We stayed at this motel on the week of 8÷21÷13 which it was wonderful since schools had already opened so the town was nice and quiet and the hotels’ prices were lower than usual. The girl behind the counter was very warm and friendly, she gave us some recommendations on places to eat and where to go for a hot bath. The parking lot was well lit and safe. The continental breakfast was ok, they even had fruits, Belgian waffles and hot coffee. I was surprised since at most of the motels you can’t even look at their breakfasts. It was reasonably priced. The room had a good size. The carpets had a clean smell. Although the mattresses were cleaned, the box-springs were dirty and ripped. There was a working microwave, refrigerator, and TV. There was no heat coming out of the unit, only the AC worked. If I would go back to Hot Springs, I would definitely stay at this place again.
