I love soup and I love salad. This place did not disappoint. We were tired from a long ride and hot bath so we had lunch here and it was really good. The portions were generous, too. My only complaint is that the greek salad was really salty.

I love this food, the service, the people who work there! I always get the grilled cheese which is served on a roll that is made on premises and served with potato chips. That is my favorite meal. My husband eats the pizzas and loves the summer salad which should be coming again soon. (They also have soup and other sandwiches.) However, the music they play there now is Las Vegas style show tunes! I swear every day that I won’t go back there, because of the music, but I do at least 3 – 4 times every week! My sandwich and drink is less than $ 10. Both of us eat for just a little over $ 20. I think it is a bargain for the food that is so good!

One of my favorite if the local chain restaurants. Food is consistent & always good. They have a wide range of options and plenty of selection! Their bread is fantastic!!! The bread is warm and perfectly crunchy on the outside while being soft on the inside. I’d also recommend the banana cake if you’re looking into desert! Convenient location too!

The food was ok, but it was pretty overpriced for what we got. I’d much prefer Chick Fil A or San Francisco Bread Company. The server also had a sore on his nose, which made us a little puny after seeing it. I don’t feel it’s really worth the money.

Has become a favorite of ours. Home grown Arkansas franchise with big city Jazz vibes. The royal sand is delicious and the olive oil saturated Debra pizza melts in your mouth. Iced tea is rich and brisk.

First visit to Newks was for dessert and coffee. We had a group of 5 and split the four different flavors of cakes they had late on a Sunday night. All were good but we decided the strawberry was best, just beating out the caramel cake. The coffee was ok but not above the average.
Second visit was for lunch. Newks was very busy but the staff was very efficient. The Margherita pizza was good but needed more fresh basil. The Shrimp Po’boy was very good made with boiled versus fried shrimp. The Ultimate Crab soup was also very good with a nice spicy flavor.
Over all Newks is a good place for reasonably priced food served in a casual and quick atmosphere.

Newk’s, a chain, but a great sandwich restaurant. The soups are great, too, and I usually hate soup. To get how good I think this place is, I crave it at least once a month. A Newk’s Q with the crab soup of the day is my personal favorite. Also, those little peanut butter chocolate covered rice krispie things are really good.
As far as getting a solid sandwich, soup, or salad, you can’t go wrong here.
