The service was excellent! I had no idea what to expect, but the man who took my order was super friendly. The tea was amazing as well! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Cutest coffee shop ever! The atmosphere is great. The service is amazing. The location is perfect. The coffee is divine. This is a must if you are in Hot Springs. They also have a play area for kiddos.

Perfect location downtown, several seating options inside (couches, bar seating at window, tables), well-​informed and helpful staff, super clean restaurant, tasty food and tea.
I normally don’t do hot tea, but had just had coffee, so I ordered «The Welcome» hot tea (because it was decaf and had citrus and lavender… why not??) and an everything bagel with poached egg and tomato. Tea was amazing, came in adorable containers, and bagel was pretty big and the egg was poached perfectly. My niece had some sort of cold mocha coffee with a shot of vanilla syrup and she loved it… she also had the plain bagel with ham and I tasted it… I’ll definitely order ham next time. Very good.
Definitely not disappointed and will go back… I kind of wanna say it was a little pricey, but that’s just preference. I highly doubt I could get the same food for cheaper in a similar setting. My bagel with egg and tomato along with tea was $ 10…typically, if I was going to pay $ 10 for breakfast, I’d want a little more food, but again, that’s a preference thing and definitely not an issue with this place.
They have sandwiches and pastries in their display cabinet that look amazing… just didn’t try any.

A great hangout when you’re downtown Hot Springs. You’ll need to travel to the northern part of Central, can be kind of hard to see but it’s still downtown. Nice vibe and the staff are very nice.

Beautiful building with excellent décor. Staff was very friendly to me, which is pleasantly surprising for a coffee shop. Watched a customer get unnecessarily rude to the cashier, and he handled it so well she walked away with a smile on her face. Impressive. On to the food– I always get plain black coffee, which is actually pretty easy to mess up– but this coffee was superb. Great flavor, and was the perfect amount of «strong» (not bitter in the slightest). I ordered the Cuban panini, which was nothing memorable, but it certainly wasn’t bad. Probably my favorite part was the bookshelf that has books and games you can pick up to enjoy while you’re enjoying your treats. Overall, I found it a very welcoming place and would definitely come again.

So I have this really nice Espresso machine and I make my wife Latte’s and Cappuccino’s all the time. I’ve refined my method over time and my wife is happy with my coffee… I’m a snob… what can I say. BUT THEN! I go to your place and you give my wife this sexy smooth latte and she says «you need to up your game»… THANKS!!! You’ve ruined my life with your smooth Latte and awesome Cortado.
Honestly tho. What nice place to find on a crappy rainy day in… Arkansas? Really? Not what I expected to find. The natural rock behind the store was shiny with moisture and really pretty.

One smooth cup of coffee! It was rainy and cool when we went, so the nice steaming cup of Joe was a welcome respite. This is a cool, spacious place to relax with friends. I highly recommend this place to come and chill. Plenty of tables and places to sit. Great customer service, and we were even given suggestions for things to do by the employees. Great job!

Why is everyone in town constantly trying to push this coffee shop on us? Place looks nice enough, but the food took so long to come out that at one point I got sick of blankly staring at their «witty» signs about coffee being life. I ordered a panini and wasn’t even hungry anymore by the time it was ready, even though I was the only one waiting to be served. Don’t fall for the Konspiracy– there’s a Kollective effort in town to get you to come here and pay 9 bucks for a sandwich.

My gf and I came here two mornings in a row while we were in Hot Springs for vacation. I had the batch coffee and the post-​tox tea which was very good. Both mornings I had an everything bagel with a poached egg on top and cream cheese which was awesome.

Ordered a Greek salad and iced latte. Salad was quite delicious. Coffee was good too. The place is clean but the service is a bit slow

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved menu selection and my ham/​Brie sandwich was a happy surprise. How can you not love every single tea? Yum!

Great coffee latte stop. Very nice store in perfect location. Not time for the limited sandwich selection mostly bagel things. Will return for more another day. Changed mind having the Italian sandwich. Wow extremely good. Large portion too. I actually gave half to another patron, just because it was more than I wanted. The sandwich alone is worth 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic third wave shop. They serve Onyx coffee roasters coffee out of Fayetteville, and do it justice. They have manual pour over offerings with the Kalita wave dripper and mechanical pour over with the Gold cup machine. They also offer their own nitro cold brew on draught. Perfect for the coffee enthusiast.

Nice location, shop is new and pretty. Espresso is bitter and tastes burnt, the baristas need customer service training because both times I’ve visited there is a long delay before being acknowledged. I also do not appreciate the snotty attitude they exhibit when asked questions about their coffee or pastry offerings or business hours. Very inconsistent whether they’ll be open.
Has potential but not there for me to be a regular customer.

The place is neat and cozy. They have a wide selection of coffees and teas and somethings to eat too. I had my first cold-​brewed coffee here and it’s the oddest coffee I ever had that I’ll try again! And the folks are nice too! You would wanna visit this if you are around Hot Springs.

This is a must try for coffee and tea lovers. The nitro cold brew coffee and tea are a revelation.

Gourmet coffees, teas and sandwiches. The scones and other quick breads are tasty as well. They can all be enjoyed in a casual laid back atmosphere. These attributes along with a skillful knowledgeable staff and free wifi make Kollective a one of a kind in downtown Hot Springs.
