Clean room except for the gum on the carpet, hair on a towel and a funky smell that fouled the air. Breakfast not really very special at all. I like the complimentary cookies and the bed was comfortable. Nice front desk clerk was helpful and quick to offer service. Not bad, but at $ 101per night, it is like most everything else in Hot Springs… Overpriced for what you get.

Accidentally booked a room here through Priceline(long story) for a wedding that was in downtown Hot Springs. I think this place says it’s 5 miles away from the historic district, but it takes a LONG time to go those 5 miles(about 20 minutes because of all the stop lights) — just something to keep in mind if you’re booking this place. Pros: — The front lobby and«reading room» when you first walk in were cute and homey — Clean room — Typical continental breakfast, but they had BISCUITSANDGRAVY. That was a first. — Always had a parking spot right near the door — Staff was nice «Cons»: — Someone came into our room and took out our dirty towels… didn’t give us new ones or make the bed. Aren’t you supposed to do everything at once when you go in a room? Were they planning on coming back(inefficient) or did they just completely forget about us? — At night, the front desk staff was always outside smoking, so you had to ring the bell at the desk and wait for them to come back. Fortunately, it never took them that long. ] — Wifi = NONEXISTENT. They shouldn’t even advertise they have wifi. Seriously. It was unbelievably slow(slower than dial up. Literally) or wouldn’t connect at all.

This hotel and the hotel in the same parking lot named La Quinta are owned by the same people. I was told that it would be okay to use the hot tub in this hotel, when I did the head maid of housekeeping yelled at me and my son because she thought we were stealing towels. When I say yelled I do mean screamed. Later I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they stated that they could not do anything because she was the aunt The owner. So I had to slap her. Just kidding but I wanted to do.

I made reservations 4 months in advance for four nights and two rooms. I requested rooms near each other. I called two days prior to check in to make sure our rooms were together. Upon check in the rooms were on different floors. I asked if we could be nearer and the front desk staff was inconvenienced by this question. Pool and hot tub are tiny. Breakfast was cold and the omelets were not good. Beds are comfortable and the room was nice and cool. Won’t be returning, actually we are checking out a day early

The nice things about this place is good parking, the gym is okay, free wifi, the beds are comfortable, refrigerator, microwave, free breakfast, and the staff is nice. The cons greatly outweigh. First off I had housekeeping take an item from my room. I used this item in the morning, set it down on the counter, came back and it was gone. So you pretty much have to take all valuables with you, The wifi only lets you log in one device. If you try to use your computer and phone on wifi it won’t work. There is no water pressure, it takes the staff forever to process a request. Took 3 days to get an ironing board, we caught housekeeping one day right at noon and asked if we could just grab a few towels and they said no because their shift just ended. If you plan on sleeping comfortably through the night, you will not. All three of our rooms heat works until the middle of the night, and then the AC kicks on high at 65 degrees. You WILL wake up freezing. All around not a nice experience.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Pros: Clean. Ample parking. Decent sized rooms. Free wifi. Close enough to the highway for easy access. 10 mins from downtown. Wal-Mart is within a 3 mins drive. Most«everyday» food restaurants are close. Decent price through Hotwire Cons: Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly. Not much bad about this place.

I stayed at this place during 4th July weekend and end up paying $ 180 through Expedia because it was a last minute reservation. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. But, I didn’t like the breakfast menu. The fruits were not good in taste and there were less items in their breakfast menu.

Not a bad budget hotel. Our room was clean, and the staff friendly. Our tub did not drain well, and the staff took care of it right away.

I stayed here for around 4 or 5 days a couple of weeks ago. I ended up having my work put on hold, so I couldn’t really leave the area but had nothing to do during the day. The room was decent enough to kill a couple of hours a day in. The internet was a bit lacking in my opinion. But, that is usually the case with almost every hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff was always courteous and very helpful about finding me things to do during the day/night that weren’t touristy. I think I got my room there for $ 78 a night. But, after speaking with one of the front desk clerks, I was promised a lower rate if I came back and booked through them. Overall, it was a decent deal for the price. I would definitely stay here again even if it was just for the 10% off food at the place next door.
