Average Hampton Inn. The location was super convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. My room was standard. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard: hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and hot fare. the Christmas decorations were very pretty and front desk staff were cordial and professional. My only issue is that I could not get any work done in my room until after 6 because of the noise coming from the room next to mine. It sounded like grinding — almost like I was in the dentist’s office and they were drilling a tooth. When I called the front desk, I was told the bathroom next to my room was being renovated. I certainly understand that kind of thing needs to be done; but after a long drive, I had several business reports to try to complete before I could relax.

This hotel I’m assuming has recently been renovated based on the previous posts. I was satisfied with this hotel. My room felt«new». The breakfast was very good. Room was clean. I paid $ 110 for the night + tax. I would stay here again

Only because 0 stars isn’t an option. I am a Hilton Diamond member. I received horrible customer service from rude employees. choose another location!

We stayed here for an event we were hosting at the convention center. Upon walking in there was a horrible odor. The hotel reeks of stale cigarettes and must. I refused to put my clothes in the closet because the cigarette smell was worse in the confined spaces of closets and drawers. The beds are incredibly hard and the pillows are too flat. Our room unfortunately would not keep a steady temperature. In the middle of the night it was ridiculously hot. I adjusted the temp slightly only to be freezing an hour later. The exercise room is ok. There is a working treadmill and an elliptical. There were weighted balls but two of them were flat so only the 2lb and 4lb were available. There are no free weights or weight machines. They have a free breakfast buffet. If you’re a healthy eater, don’t fret! They have hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Additional items are waffles, instant grits, oatmeal, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cereal. Overall it’s an ok(I say that lightly) hotel. Personally I would rather stay somewhere else the next time I’m in town.

This place has been remodeled but our room had a musty smell. The suites here are like the ones at Embassy — two rooms with only one window in the bedroom — feels like you are in a cave. At least Embassy has a second window facing the atrium. Staff was friendly. This is a place that allows smoking — so expect a little telltale odor.

This hotel is ok. As a corporate pilot, I and my co-captain stay at Hampton Inns typically. This one is about average. The room seems up to date and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of outlets in the room. The thing that was strange about the room was there is a satellite receiver in every room, so you have to figure out how to turn on the TV and satellite receiver. It may be difficult for many people. The wifi was a little slower than average. The breakfast was average for Hampton Inns. The lobby area and hallways are ok. I like to work out at my overnights and this Hampton Inn only had a treadmill and elliptical. Overall, this hotel is OK and if we come back to Hot Springs, we would probably stay here again.

Older Hampton. The carpet in the hall indicates it was last redone in the 90’s era of crazy carpet.(it’s almost back in style). No easy access outlets to charge anything. Beds were comfortable and they have flat screens, but no on site workout room.

I almost always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel as they’re good mid-range hotel. This was was a little sub-par as far as Hampton’s go. The room was out-dated, but I can look past that if everything is clean and working. No power outlets on the desk, so I had to move the mini fridge to get to an outlet. Bad move. It revealed an old coffee lid that maybe have been under there for a year or two — gross. Okay, so I can’t expect house keeping to pick up furniture to move things to clean. It could have been overlooked. Bedding was kind of old and lumpy. Heater smelled like something was burning when I turned it on. Got up the next morning to discover the iron didn’t work. I will give the front desk credit for bringing me up a new one within 10 minutes of me calling. The sink drain wouldn’t open and it was near impossible to turn off the sink once you got it started — I asked them to fix it during my stay and they did not. Bummer — fell out of love a little bit with Hampton Inn this time around.
