Burgers & More

Another local restaurant we tried on our mini vacation. We had lunch here on Thursday, 10÷9÷14 and the place was fairly empty. We went in for burgers but tried the days special — Chicken Fried Chicken and we were glad we did. This thing was Huge and tasty. I ordered mine with Cajun Fries and my wife ordered hers with mashed potatoes. The Chicken was smothered in gravy. Delicious!!! The dinner came with salad and toast. My salad was lacking in dressing but my wife had plenty on hers.
The 3 year old had the Children’s Fish and Fries and it looked great. He devoured it. Our 11 year old ordered a cheeseburger and while being on a huge bun the party was thin. If you are looking for a huge, juicy burger this is not the place but he enjoyed it. We were so glad we had ordered the special.
My wife tried the Fried Peach Pie with ice cream and she (and our 3 year old) enjoyed it.
The restaurant shows off a huge collection of license plates and coke memorabilia. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Chicken fried steak was good, loved the gravy! Service was friendly. My waitress was nice and attentive.
