This place is great. A pitcher of beer given to us by a fellow patron and the live entertainment was so fun. Food is excellent, service phenomenal. It’s a must have for locals and I can see why.

If you want a formal place to eat, this ain’t it. If what you want is a unique place to get to by boat or car with awesome food, this is your spot. I have never had one bad thing here. I am just saying, this is a must for the locals and a gem to find if you aren’t!

We were traveling through on a sightseeing tour of Hot Springs, looking on Unilocal for a great place to eat lunch and spotted Sam’s. It had great reviews and the pics looked great so we decided to stop in. I’m sure glad we did. The service is second to none, and the food was wonderful. We ordered the Signature burger with house-made kettle chips. The burger is a ½ lb. black angus patty(which is patted out fresh daily) grilled to perfection, sided with kettle chips which were seasoned perfectly. It was cold outside so we didn’t opt for the back patio seating which overlooks Lake Hamilton, but the view looked great! If your looking for great food and great service this is your spot.

What a find!!! We were driving the boat around the lake and came across this little gem. My wife and I love that this place has boat parking and also some of the best pizza on the planet. The owner came over to our table and checked on us numerous times as well as the server going over and beyond the call of duty to make it a great experience. Great food, great service and really cool music(one man band) makes for a great night.

My husband and I went on a whim we heard it was so good. Loved sitting on the deck! The pizza was good but I wasn’t expecting thin crust(which I do like). It had little sauce but LOTS of topping! I asked for pepperoni and beef only on one side because I’m allergic and there was still pepperoni on my side which I had to pick off. Would I go again? Prob not just because I have other favorite pizza places but it’s pretty cool!

Throwback neighborhood Pub with decent to good food on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Like the drive in movie and bobby sox this kind of place is rare in the world we live in you can really feel the neighborhoodiness and can really relax to a cold one and pizza. By boat or car it’s a good thing.

Have been going to Sam’s for a few years but since new owners took over the math has changed. I was charged $ 21 for a 3 item half and half pizza. After questioning the server I was told it added up to 6 items even though it was 3 items per side. Pizza and beer for 2 adults and a 8 year old was $ 70 including tip. Holy cow. Been going to Rockey’s ever since.

We were here visiting during spring break. Nice pizza place that seems to be tucked in a residential area. Cheesy Bread was AWESOME! You must get this. Crisp but soft and simply delicious. We also ordered a beef pizza which was good as well. Staff friendly and service was fast.

I have always been a huge fan of Rod’s Pizza is Hot Springs, but since they have decided to stop making good pizza, Sam’s is the new #1. You can come by lake, live entertainment. Only con: the lady that owns the place is a grouch. Give her a midol.

First time(Saturday night) trip: — Good service, né’r an empty glass. — Every table was packed. — Pizza took a significant amount of time, but survivable. — Quality was good, not amazing. — Good live music. — Great servers, great attitudes and the owner came by multiple times to check on every table. We WILL be going back, if for no reason other than atmosphere. Lots of families, lots of regulars…

This is how you do pizza. Very thin & crispy crust with minimal sauce and plenty of good mozz & toppings.

Love this place the BEST pizza I have ever eaten. Went there with friends from the area, the place has a unique atmosphere. I like that u seat your self, our waitress was good she kept our glass full. We had the thin crust with the Sam’s Supreme. It great the best ever, I the crust was awesome.

It is too bad when you have to fend for yourself and fight amongst people to get a table. The waitresses are less than concerned about fairness and service. I would say skip this dump and go to Rocky’s for better food and slightly better service. This place should invest in a hostess and a soda fountain.

Not the easiest place to find but not the hardest either if your looking for a pizza & beer. It’s on Lake Hamilton so expect to see folks in swim suits in the summer and families with kids. We’ve only been there at lunch time so we don’t know how ‘rocking’ it is on the weekends when they have live music. The pizza’s are pretty good, the beer nice & cold with friendly service. Don’t expect the pizza’s to be too creative but if you’re looking for a standard pizza — give ‘em a try. We’ve tried several of the pizza joints in Hot Springs and always seem to end up back here. They seem to have lots of regulars.

A local gem and a really well kept secret for almost 20 years. I love the fact you can dock your boat there if you’re coming by water(as we often do from our lakehouse). The pizzas are thin and strike the perfect balance between crisp and soft. I love pepperoni with a side of ranch for dipping. Their house salad is simple and solid with flavorful croutons. Expect window unit air conditioning & live country music at night on the weekends. Bring your cash cause it’s a NOCREDITCARD place. Get a pitcher of beer or take advantage of $ 1.25 beer specials during the day.
