I participated in the local store promotion involving purchasing 10 to 12 pizzas and get one free. The Hot Springs Arkansas store said they ended the promotion and did not notify the people who had been participating. I purchased over 15 pizzas and asked them to at least honor my existing completed card. They refused. I asked to have management contact me and left my phone number. No return call. This is a very dishonest way to treat repeat customers.

Amazingly nice and patient staff! Never been a problem with my orders and they’re usually pretty complex lol hands down the best way to get fresh awesome pizza in town. Plus they accept ebt for those of you who would be interested in this. Great service, great food, great deals LOVE THIS PLACE!

Love this place! Love my pizza hot and my way! This Hot Springs crew always gets my order right. They are well mannered and go the extra mile to get what you want! When a store is run right it shows, so kudos to the management/​owners.

Best pizza in Hot Springs! I love the take and bake setup since it’s hot and fresh out of our oven after we get home. Customer service is great. Staff very friendly. Pizza is always fresh and made with quality ingredients. I love their Chicken Stuffed Family Size pizza. Really fills us up. Good discounts as well. Very clean as well. You won’t find better pizza than Papa Murphy’s. It’s even worth getting out in the rain to get!

GREAT pizza. I’ll never go back to Domino’s again. Pick you toppings & size or style & take it home & bake it. Better then homemade! Can’t be the price, much better price then Take & Bake Café.
