I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. We traveled to Hot Springs in late October 2014. Myself, my husband, my mother, our 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter wanted to get out and do something after being rained in all day. I called to make sure they would be open and was told they had league night at 6:30pm. We showed up a little before 5 and started a game. We had 1 ½ frames left shortly after 5:30 when our game turned off. Then we were approached by an employee who told us we couldn’t finish our game because the league players were angry and wanted the lane. He offered us a $ 5 refund which we brought to the arcade because my 4 year old was very disappointed to not be able to finish our game. The arcade was pretty sad and only really had one game my son could enjoy. We are used to the bowling alleys back home that are very family friendly and would never throw a child off a game with 1 ½ frames left. Obviously this establishment only cares about their league players, so don’t bother going here if you are not one.

Improvements made to the building exterior is a step in the right direction. The place looks better now than it has in years. I remember bowling here when I was a kid.

Didn’t actually get to go here due to it apparently being«league night». My three year old wanted to go and I thought«Sure! Why not!» Only to arrive at 6pm to be told all the lanes were booked up until after 9pm. Really disappointed and so was my daughter… They should post on their website if they have specified nights and times where the general public is not welcome. We won’t be attempting to go here again.

Eh… pretty no frills as a bowling alley goes. Don’t expect much and you won’t be **too** disappointed. Low-end all domestic beer selection, frozen corn dogs, gelatinous nachos, and tater tots right outta the freezer. Eh… could be worse.
