We got into town around 8pm an were super hungry. Usually in this situation it doesn’t take much to make us happy. When we were taken back to our table we had to step over a massive mess left by a nearby table. Our drink orders were taken as soon as we sat down, but it took around 10 minutes to get those drinks. When we eventually met our server he was very friendly. I don’t know exactly how long it took us to get our food, but if felt like forever. Now I understand that it can get pretty busy and I didn’t go there for«Fast Food», but there were only a handful of people in the restaurant and we played approximately 46 games of tic tac toe. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was about a 5/10, my daughters sliders were dry, my other daughters corn dogs were«okay», and my husbands steak was cooked well but the shrimp was terrible. We didn’t voice any concerns at the time, but they took the girls meals off of our ticket for some reason. We had to step over the same mess when we left. Also, the bathroom floors were sticky. The staff was friendly and the food was decent, but it couldn’t make up for the disorganization and lack of cleanliness.

This was our first time at a Ruby Tuesdays and we were not satisfied at all! We ordered three blackened rib eye meals with the shrimp and it was all so bland and the shrimp skewer only included three shrimp! The whole plate was so bland with no flavor! The rib eyes actually seemed to be sirloins. Our waitress was really nice. The beer and salad bar were the best things about this place. None of the three of us were happy at all with our meals. We spent $ 87.00 on these steaks and we will not do it again, we will return to Fisherman’s Warf instead for the same price and the food there is awesome! The only reason we didn’t go there is because we like to try new places to eat! Contacted customer services a week ago and haven’t heard anything from them.

Ruby Tuesday sent me a coupon to compensate for our bad experience. Sara is the best server! Very sweet and prompt on our needs and always with a smile! Cleanliness needs to be addressed though. There was a short black hair on the table when we were seated and both bathrooms could use a good scrubbing more than once a year. Several servers were holding down a wall that must have been trying to get away. Maybe one of them could be tasked with cleaning them before your dinner rush.

Had a great waitress named Sydney! So funny, friendly and accomodating as well as the manager, Sarah! Food was awesome and very fast service — We had just walked out of Buffalo Wild Wings where our waitress never came to get our drinks after 15 – 20 mins. Will definitely be back to visit Ruby Tuesday’s next time we’re in town :-)

Our group decided to eat here because it was open Easter Sunday. We were the only people there and out of the 10 people in our party half of us had something wrong with our meals. Undercooked baked potato, overcooked steak, wrong sides, etc. My crab cakes were burnt along with the asparagus. The manager apologised and brought out free desert, but the damage was done. I doubt our group will be back.

My wife and I went to dinner here on 2÷21÷2015. The restaurant was not busy at all. My wife ordered the Smoky Mountain Chicken with the bar and roasted spaghetti squash as sides. We were told that they were out of the squash. She ordered the bar and rice pilaf instead. I ordered the Popcorn Shrimp with the bar and onion rings. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. My onion rings were way over cooked and very hard. The bacon on my wife’s chicken was nearly RAW! And the rice pilaf look like it had been left under a heat lamp for several hours as it was completely dried out. Now, if this weren’t bad enough, my wife ordered the double chocolate cake for desert and were were informed that they were out of that as well. The server tried to get us to order something else but I asked for the check. It took over 30 minutes for the server to bring us the check. I will never go to this place again.

Sadly, I cannot provide a review on the food, only the lack thereof. Walked into this particular Ruby Tuesday in the afternoon for an early lunch. There were 4 staff at the entry podium, and we were seated quickly. However, no one ever came to our table after that. There were only 5 tables with customers seated, and the 4 ladies that were standing at the podium laughing and chatting with each other just continued to stand there. The table we were seated at was 5 feet away from the entrance and they looked at us several times. After 10 minutes, we simply left. On the way out, commented to them that no one ever came to wait on us. It seemed unimportant to them. I cannot say I will visit again, especially being that it is a chain restaurant I have been to before elsewhere. I would suggest folk in Hot Springs visit one of the many local eateries instead.

Food(ribs) was good enough. Raspberry tea was bad. Service was somewhat slow but it was during a slow time of day.

We were the only people In the place. Had a party of 6 people. It took over 2 hours to get our food. Members of my party had to get up and find the waiter twice. The food was very cold. I will not be back!

What a terrible dining experience! The place was not crowded at all for a Sunday lunch, but you would have thought they were completely slammed, since we didn’t get acknowledged for over 10 minutes upon being seated. I decided to get up and talk to the hostess and interestingly enough, there was already a lady complaining as I walked up. Apparently she had grown very tired of waiting for her check! Then as I sat down I discovered the couple behind us had called the manager over to complain about their terribly made cocktails. I thought about suggesting to my mother and sister that we go, and should have trusted my gut, but my toddler was very thirsty and asking for milk, for over 10 minutes now. Finally, the server came over and we ordered everything at once. I decided on the salad bar with tortilla soup for myself. I ordered the mini burgers for the baby, and my Mom and Sis ordered burgers for themselves. We ordered 2 waters and 1 raspberry tea. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Why would a salad bar have no crackers on it? I wanted some for the baby and some for my salad, but had to wait forever to get them from the server. The salad bar was dirty and unappetizing. The water was served with no ice. Our food was served long before the baby, and when he finally did get his mini burgers they were raw on the inside. My soup was a cold, reconstituted, and gelatinous disappointment, served without a spoon. The big burgers were okay, definitely not great. The checks came and we were charged for an extra tea. I got a credit card slip to sign with no pen. I am not sure what the crew was doing in the back this day, but caring was not a part of it. I know Hot Springs has some great restaurants, don’t waste your money here!

Good atmosphere, good service and good food… all you can ask for from a restaurant. We are visiting for several days… will probably return.

Went here for lunch for the first time in six years. I definitely won’t wait that long to go again. I had the salad bar, and found the veggies to be crisp and fresh. First salad bar I’ve been to that has edamame. It was delicious! The server was friendly, attentive and helpful. Good croutons!

As a vegetarian it is difficult when traveling to find healthy food, Ruby Tuesday is always a good choice for me. I like the salad bar/veggie trio where you get your choice of three hot veggies with endless salad. Food was good, service excellent!

The food here is very consistently mediocre. We ordered the guacamole. They didn’t give you very much. The chips were stale. We tried the salad bar. This is a good value. I enjoyed the salad bar. We ordered the herb tilapia. This was good, but obviously previously frozen. We ordered the creole white fish. This was better than the herb tilapia We ordered the fit and trim chicken bella. They didn’t use portabella mushrooms like they advertised. The chicken breast was dry. Side orders Grilled Zucchini. This was delicious and highly recommended. creamed cauliflower. Avoid this like the plague. Mac and Cheese. Gross. Do not order this. Spaghetti squash. This was so so. Rice pilaf. This was pretty good. I’d order this again. Service was impeccable. I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Price: Most dishes were reasonable, but the chicken and the guacamole were over priced.

I love trying out new restaurants when I travel, and normally avoid big name chains. However, I was with family and they really like their McD and Ruby Tues/Applebee’s type places. We had been eating heavy food for the past few days, and they had a hankering for good salad bar. I reluctantly went along. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I actually enjoyed the salad bar here. Everything was fresh and just right. I also ordered three sides(great deal with the salad bar): mashed cauliflower, grilled zucchini, and spaghetti squash. Really the only good side was the zucchini, but it also had more oil on it than the other dishes. Figured. Service was great. The waitress kept our glasses filled and checked up on us frequently. I’d return if my family gets another salad craving.

Love the endless salad bar, add it to a dinner for $ 2.99. The BBQ ribs are tender and full of flavor. Hubby loves the ribey steak here. They now serve endless garlic cheddar biscuts, just ask for them. And how can I forget they have SWEETTEA. if it’s not sweet enought for you ask for the bartender to add a little bar syrup(simple syrup sugar dissolved in water)
