This was very clean, extremely friendly, and chicken kabob sub was perfect! The roll was fresh, the chicken was well seasoned, and vegetables were fresh. Just happened upon this place, and so happy we stopped!

I worked here for a few years and and I don’t have anything negative to say. Johny and his family take their restaurant very seriously and the food and service speaks for itself.

We came in after picking up our son from Camp. This restaurant is exceptionally clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had our 16 month old daughter with us and they put a rush on our kids meal. We ordered cheese pizza, Italian sub and the chicken fingers basket. All were very yummy and we will be back our next time in town.

I’m very surprised with some of the previous reviews. I LOVE it here. My boyfriend introduced me to it when he used to work in the area and we continue to go here on a pretty regular basis. I travel from litchfield(about 30 minutes) just to eat here when I have plenty of pizza places in my area. You walk in and the staff is extremely welcoming. They have a great menu. The spinach and feta calzone is my favorite and the best I’ve ever had!

I really liked this little pizza joint. Staff was very friendly. Service was excellent. Food was good. Not great, but for the price you really can’t beat it. If you are in the area and in need of a decent priced meal. Check it out!

It’s that old school, New England/Greek style, mom and pop pizza shop. Great service. Thick crust that’s nice and golden brown with the perfect tenderness. The Greek salad is awesome. My kids and I love it. And every employee we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind. Get the Baklava for desert. Mmm.

I order the scallop dinner there tonight for the first time I have tried their pizza a while back and wasn’t that bad the scallops there are not tasty at all. A good scallop is juicy and soft theirs were hard and the batter had no flavor either I would not recommend this meal to anyone stick to the pizza and subs

Recently moved to the area and after one disappointment after another… like Olympus Pizza in Allenstown, I tried this today and am so HAPPY! I called in an order for lunch and the man on the phone was super friendly. When I walked in to get the order everyone stopped what they were doing to help me. The food was ready to go and it was delicious! Def going back again! Great food and great prices! Also, the dining room and kitchen were super clean!

The best pizza and garlic bread we have had in a long time. We were lucky to find Johnny’s by chance and we will definitely take the ride to go back.

In the area, early for a business meeting, so I saw Johnny’s Pizza nearby, and decided I would grab lunch. Tuesday afternoon, just after noontime. Plenty of parking. When I went in there were no other customers, should have known what was coming. This is the first time I went to a piza shop that had no posted menu. I found a printed menu with lots of choices, too many actually. So I just ordered a chees steak sub with green peppers, fries, and a Coke. Sorry, this is a Pepsi shop… aargh! Grabbed a rootbeer, any table I wanted and read a book I had with me. In a short time they my order to the table. Loked up and saw that another 6 – 7 customers had come in, feeling a little better. OK, let’s eat … Uh oh, my sub has been toasted, that’s a grinder, not a sub. And the roll looks burned. No visible cheese, must mean it eas totally melted, that’s good. First bite was terrible. Next bite from the other end, samething. I am sure the grill has not been cleaned in a ling time, this is terrible. French fries were better, crisp outside, soft and firm inside. Strange taste though, what is that? Ah ha … they have been sprinkled with black pepper. Hmm, I think I like these, this is pretty good flavor. Maybe a total of 10 customers now, none seem to know the staff. Tables not cleaned recently, area is dark. I suspect they are losing money, I doubt they get many repeat customers. I won’t be back, and can’t recommend it.

I drive by this location on a daily basis. It was formerly Evan’s Pizza, which had been closed for a couple years. Johny’s Pizza took over this location recently, which is family operated and open 7 days a week. The staff is very welcoming as you enter. The restaurant is order at the counter with ample seating in the dining area. The menu offers homestyle pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, subs, burgers, roast beef sandwiches, seafood(haddock, shrimp, scallops), steak tips, fried appetizers, cooler drinks(Pepsi products), and desserts(baklava, cookies, rice pudding). Beer and wine available. I stopped here recently to grab some dinner takeout. I ordered a small Sausage Pizza($ 7) and a Lasagna Dinner($ 9). The food was ready in about 20 minutes. All I can say is, Johny’s does not skimp on the cheese. Both items were really loaded with the cheese. The sausage pizza had a homestyle crispy crust, thicker along the edges topped with tomato sauce, Italian sausage chunks, and a thick layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The Lasagna was decent, which was baked in a foil container with very dense layers of rolled noodles, cheese, & meat, topped with lots of sauce and melted cheese, the aftertaste was salty. The side salad had a nice tangy house dressing and the baked buttered garlic bread was good for dipping the excess sauce. I give this place 3.5 stars for now.
