My husband and I were very fortunate to have found this delightful vineyard. After visiting several other more well known tasting rooms– we were lucky to have discovered this one. The owners, Patrick and Tess were very welcoming and had an impressive array of wines to taste. From a very nice non oaky Chardonnay to numerous bodacious reds. I found their wines fuller, tastier and much more interesting than other local choices. We spent quite a nice amount of time enjoying their patio and wines. It made it especially enjoyable to have the owners cd from their band playing in the background. Can’t wait for another visit.

Stumbled upon this place after being given an «insider» tip from Margo, the owner of Double Mountain Horse Ranch(go there for a horse ride if you want to see some beautiful countryside; great proprieter and ranch!!). Unexpectedly wide variety of delicious wines and that’s coming from a notoriously picky wine drinker. Delicious over-fired pizza and a fantastic deck. Staff were so kind and friendly. It was the wine highlight of our trip to Hood River!

This was the perfect place for a last stop on our lovely wine tour. What with a large patio, a picturesque view of Mt. Hood, delicious wines, and great conversation with new friends, you can’t help but have an awesome time. When you have a seat you’ll circle your 5 wine choices from the 9 choices on the tasting menu. It’s nice that they have both whites and reds to choose from. And happily those reds were not Pinot Noirs either but rather they were bad ass, big bold reds and the Sangiovese was so good it was fierce. The pours were nice and healthy also. The pizza at $ 10.00, I would steer you away from that unless you are about ready to die from hunger. And I mean that most literally. Just forget about the pizza. Come here for the wonderful wines and the gorgeous view. 2014 — Review # 66
