My wife was forced to cancel an appointment only to discover that the next available one would be nearly a year away. Of course this forced my wife to find another doctor. My wife was a longtime patient and I feel she was treated poorly. I have no choice but to give this a poor rating. My suspicion is that they like to cater to rich Japanese citizens.

My short time in HI, I had 2 children both delivered by Dr. Yazawa. I never had to wait more than 15 mins to be seen, she was always on time, honest, she always had time to listen, she was very trustworthy and her staff was extremely patient and kind. It’s been 3 yrs back on the mainland and I haven’t found a doctor I liked, am completely comfortable with and who makes me feel at ease. Dr. Yazawa is one in a million. Highly recommended!

Dr. Yazawa and her staff are great. From the pleasant waiting room to friendly front staff and knowledgeable doctor. If I’m having a problem I can almost always get a same day appointment. She’s very respectful of my time and never makes me wait.
