She has a attitude that is very sarcastic i dont think that is nice to someone that is a doctor and professional. I just don’t have so much time to look for another pedia but eversince i wanted to leave their office. Unprofessional.:/
Her staff are arrogant as well! they need to go thru people service class so they can learn how to handle a good patient service.
I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone else.

Both my sons go to Dr Lori! By honestly I hate going to kapiolani only because of the construction, and many of times I wanted to change their pediatrician, but because Dr Lori is so good, I refuse to change their Dr. If I have an emergency question she will call me back as soon as possible. Loke is so awesome as well. The whole staff is great! The office is nice and clean.

We love Dr Lori. She has been my sons doctor since he was born. The office has always squeezed us in when my son had ear or sinus infections, which was often when he was younger. She always answered my questions and made us feel comfortable. She has called me at home to follow up on labs herself. Their office is clean and kid friendly with toys, books and TV. Many of our family and friends go to her.

If you are looking for a doctor that is caring and helps you in any way possible and treats you like your Ohana, then Dr. Lori is the best!
We’ve been coming to her since our son was a baby and she’s been fantastic! Being that we were first time parents, we had all kinds of questions and concerns. We would call the Physician’s exchange and leave her a message, and she would call us back that day and help us. She is always so kind and concerned about our son.
There was a time when our son had to go to the emergency room several times and she was there every step of the way. Also, when he is sick she would try to squeeze us in that day to take care of him.
We have nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Lori and feel blessed to have her take care of our little boy. I honestly wished when I was young to have a doctor like Dr. Lori!

I personally think she is a wonderful doctor. I have been taking my 4 kids to her for over 12 years. I actually had another doctor for my oldest child, then when I was pregnant with my second child I wanted to switch to a female doctor and looked into many different ones but she made me feel comfortable and has always been on time for my appointments and always able to try and fit my kids in when they are sick. And her nurse Loke is great too. So I ended up switching my oldest child to her and she was so sad when she made 18 and had to leave her. I would recommend her to anyone and I also have many friends that take their children to see her too and we all love her. She is the best and all my kids love her and her staff. However my second child hates going there when he has to get SHOTS!!! But what child likes that anyways.
