The service at the Starbucks Waikiki Plaza is the Absolute worst Starbucks on the island. Service is slow and if barristers would listen and write down the orders like they do in all other Starbucks, perhaps they wouldn’t have to make my order twice. Go to the Starbucks on Lewers in Waikiki. They know you by name if you are a regular, are efficient and the customer service there is outstanding l.

friendly staff. suuuper quick turnaround. reserved seating for customers. easy wifi access. AND the strawberry acai refresher is the bombest!!!

Tried the new bbq beef brisket sandwich today. While delicious, it’s small, only has bbq beef brisket between two pieces of toasted sourdough bread. For $ 7.80, you’re better off getting a sandwich from Subway. It’s less expensive and you get all the healthy veggies!

The only reason this Starbucks didn’t get a fifth star is because it is a kiosk Starbucks and at times they are limited in the products and services they are able to offer. Otherwise, their customer service is stellar and all the baristas I’ve met thus far have been exceedingly friendly and accommodating.
Located conveniently on the street level of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza in the open space near the escalators, coffee fiends are able to get there caffeine fixes between shopping sprees (Sephora and Victoria’s Secret are just next door!).
In Waikiki where there are just as many Starbucks as there are ABC stores this one is a standout for me for their friendliness and acceptance of my four-​legged furry bff, Sophia. Most of the baristas already know her usual order — a tall puppaccino — and are more than happy to indulge her.
In fact last week Sophia and I were about five people down the line which was unusual. Needless to say, she got a little restless and demanded her fix STAT by way of half-​hearted barks. Even still, the barista was a gentleman and served her a puppaccino whilst still in line. Unsung heroes like him are truly what garners a business — big or small — the most loyal patrons one could ask for.

This Starbucks kiosk has extremely friendly workers! Very accommodating! Check them out! Chris is my favorite barista!

Not much stands out for this particular location. Have been here when its busy and not so busy and they have been fine. Not particularly friendly, but not surly either. Bottom line, A-​OK.

A visitor from Japan accidentally dropped a mug and it broke. The cashier was very polite in cleaning up the pieces and reassuring the visitor that it was okay and just an accident. There were just two people working. In spite of the long line, she did not show any signs of stress or impatience. Very professional and nice people working here.

From the 3 times I’ve visited this Starbucks, I’ve experienced customer service that ranged from bad to excellent, which leaves me to conclude the customer service is hit or miss.

It was quite silly of me to give such low rating for one unpleasant visit.
The guy I complained about no longer works there & I haven’t had anything to complain about since then.
Anyways the workers here (the ones that have been here for a while) know what they’re doing so let’s leave it at that.

It’s convenient for me to come here as it is on my way to work. I will normally bypass this location if the line is 5 people deep, simply because the service is slow. Depending on who’s working, the service can be fairly good to a little bad. I’ve been given the wrong drink and I didn’t even realize it until I got to work. The cashier who took my order was new so that explains where the mistake came from. Darn rookie. Get on it peeps!
Overall, don’t expect over the top service here but expect a good dose of your caffeine fix.

Always know the regulars and have my drink ready! Great attitude and service! Very friendly!

Out of condiments a lot too. Worst starbucks in town. Worth it to walk a block to the trade center location.

This location is inside the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

Strawberries & crème frappuccino — They made my new fave drink perfect.
SERVICE:
The female barista was friendly and professional. Service was quick.

People work here are so slow and dumb. No customer service at all. Working in this kind of environment you need to smile. Waikiki trade center is better choice!

Outstanding service here, which is seldom found at Starbucks in Miami.
The salads & pastries are fresh. Did I mentioned service? Simply outstanding.!!

My new favorite Starbucks location! And for 2 reasons:
1. Convenient to my work place
2. The friendliest staff
I started coming here because it is literally located right across my work place. And working in Waikiki you need your coffee fix. For me, I am a coffee addict. I kinda need it to function. Guilty.
My first time coming here & I knew that I was going to come this location multiple often. The staff are so awesome. They immediately got to know me & the kind of drink I like. It is to the point that I come to the register & they’re like «the regular? Ashley.» My answer is always yes. And in a jiffy my drink is done.
When in Waikiki, go to this Starbucks in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

I’ve seen more and more of these little Starbucks kiosks recently. I wonder if they’re phasing out the actual stores because the Starbucks on kuhio is sooo close! Nevertheless, I like this little kisok. They have a few tables and provide me with great Starbucks drinks. They honor my rewards card and offer pastries, Starbucks products and snacks. Also, this little kiosk is situated between sephora and Armani exchange. There is also a cute little japanese nail polish and accessories ship kind of around the corner. These are the only establishments I frequent in this shopping center and I’m glad Starbucks is now part of it.
This kiosk is brand spankin’ new, but I recognize some of the baristas from other waikiki Starbucks’. They are friendly and speedy. They also had a little hiccup when they weren’t able to give change for someone in front of me with a large bill. The cashier gave the customer his drink on the house because it was their fault they didn’t have change. Awesome service!

I love the new Starbucks Kiosk. It’s pretty, convenient and the staff is really friendly.
I like going to places that look clean and this place is brand spanking new. I notice it gets really crowded when it rains. People come into the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.
If you were lucky, they gave free coupons to enjoy a cup on them for their grand opening special. :)
Only thing is they don’t have the blonde roast. My friend likes that one and we were surprised they don’t carry it. They do have pikes place and most of the other drinks.
They open early and close late. They’re also pretty fast and have your order up in no time.

Great new kiosk at the Waikiki shopping plaza and they accept the Starbucks card unlike many other kiosks. Great team and great coffee!
