I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered an iced coffee and not only they forgot to charge me but they told me that I have to line up again to order again. It’s not me that I forgot the order. Starbucks will need to hire more friendly Batista here. I’m a loyal customer!

Still a great place with a great product but current crew is a little out of sync with long lines and only 1 cashier & 1 bartista makes the wait to great!

$ 5.25 per breakfast sandwich? I’m gonna need two of those if I’m gonna be full… An iced tea, another sandwich for mom, and some water because it all costs over $ 23. Criminy, Starbucks, and I thought you were expensive without airport pricing.
Minus a star for near complete lack of seating.

I was wrapping up my Hawaii vacation and decided to stop by this sbux to get the last bit of joy before I left. Was probably one of the least pleasant sbux I have been to. Oven was broken, cash register girl had a big attitude, and system was down so they couldn’t ring up my rewards. Supervisor came out to try to fix the issue and didnt bother to acknowledge my presence. Way to represent yourselves as the Hawaii sbux.

We are literally a captive audience once inside security at Honolulu International Airport, probably what being in prison feels like… I can only surmise, never having been incarcerated myself! LOL!
The service was OK, though the prices seem to be higher than outside the airport. And they were out of rice crispy treats! Really?!! Everyone loves rice crispy treats so shouldn’t they keep that item in stock, especially since it is now prepackaged in cellophane packaging?

PS: this Starbux closes crazy early but the one a few gates down is open much later. Maybe the sandwiches there are better? Probably not. This wing of HNL has some asstacular choices for food on the go. Just sayin…
