Mini lunch plates are $ 5.50+tax and include entrée, two scoups of rice, and two sides that you choose and you heap onto your own plate. They have a short list of regular plate specials for around $ 6 which include four sides and about 50% more meat. Side choices include: mac salad, kimchi, chop chae, potatoes, fried eggplant/veggies, etc. I ordered the bbq chicken many times and recently tried the chicken katsu. The katsu sauce is at least average if not better. There are a lot of places to eat in Downtown Honolulu and this is one of the many worth trying!
