Rice and Rolls

Came here during my lunch break cause I was in a dire need for some phở! Luckily it wasn’t crowded cause I was taking a later lunch. I ordered a phở with beef, 3 spring rolls to share with my friend plus a Vietnamese iced coffee since I needed a pick me upper! It was quickly made and they served it to our table. Phở tasted pretty good. wouldn’t say it was the best but it satisfied my phở craving. Can’t go wrong here though. it’s cheap and convenient!

If you’re looking for phở, vietnamese sandwiches, summer rolls, or spring rolls, R&R is the place to stop by. They have indoor seating that is nice and cool and they will bring your food to you. This order-​at-​the-​counter place is inside Topa Tower next to a bunch of other eating places.
R&R is a good pick if you feel like having something lighter for lunch. I enjoy the cold vermicelli salad with chicken and the lemongrass summer rolls. Delicious and well priced. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, so don’t go here on your 15 min. lunch!

Rice and Rolls opened in my office building a few months ago and I’m so glad they did! Quick, cheap and delicious, they serve up a yummy bowl of Phở, crunchy spring rolls and wonderful Banh Mi sandwiches, which are my latest obsession! They have daily lunch specials which often pair up spring rolls with soup for around $ 7. I think it’s a great deal, and perfect for a quick, satisfying bite during the workday.
The service here is fast and friendly, and if you want to dine in, there are a group of tables and chairs. You’ll find them located on the ground floor of the TOPA Financial Building, just next to the ATM machines near the lobby. My only gripe is that they use SO MUCH plastic and styrofoam for carry out orders… I always take my order without the plastic bag and need to figure out a better option for the styrofoam. I may just need to leave a selection of tupperware in my desk drawer at work!
