PacSun

Just went there today looking for Christmas gifts for my daughter and was taken real good cared of by this pretty caucasian girl, forgot to ask her name. Not knowing what young girls are into, she made a lot of helpful suggestions and continued to look whenever something caught her eye. I never received this type of help before, especially at the larger dept stores.

Yesterday evening I had the worst customer service experience from pacsun. There was a rack with a sign that read that items with a blue dot had a sale. I asked an employee if these sweaters with the blue dots were the ones apart of the buy one get one free for sweaters. She seemed confused about the blue dots and just clarified that all sweaters were apart of the sale. I then came across a table with obey clothing, I asked an employee of the obey clothing had any kind of sale. She told me it wasn’t, and I was fine with that. But there was a sweater on the table so I asked an employee folding shirts if the obey sweater applied for the buy one get one free. He basically told me he wasn’t sure and to ask someone else. I was really confused as to why he couldn’t just ask one of his colleagues, and felt like I was bothering him. I then proceeded to ask the first girl that informed me of the sales. She seemed confused and unsure, but she made an effort to ask someone else for me. I don’t know your name but thank you girl! I don’t include you with my horrible experience. The employees seemed very confused, not well informed, and I was especially dissatisfied with the one who told me to ask someone else about the sales. Was it so hard to ask someone? You were only folding shirts… I won’t be coming back.

Won’t be shopping here again. walked around for two minutes wasn’t greeted. then a lady comes up and accuses me for being with a group shoplifters. I told her she was wrong. immediately after that I didn’t feel comfortable shopping there so I left.

Came in casually, was greeted at the door by the friendly staff, browsed around, found what I wanted and was assisted by Morgan! Very friendly and helpful. Helps with a smile, great vibe. Will be back soon!

Oh em geee Ness, I approach 6:30pm as the entered the store I was greeted by all the friendly employees. They had a sale buy 1 and get one half off, my BUDDY bought me some slippers and ROBI helped up check out and she was absolutely awesome. Probably the best customer service I ever experienced. Thank you Robi!

I don’t normally like the customer service in these type of stores but the young lady from Los Angeles and the male Caucasian (manager?) were just wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful and not fake about it, sincerely nice. The best customer service ever! I am so glad when I am able to post something positive for a change.

I dig Pacsun. They got cute, stylish stuff for my girls. My advice? Go Pacsun, betta pacmun-ney…lots of it. lmao!

I usually wouldn’t write a review for this type of store, but I was really impressed by the service. There were too girls working. One was a local girl (great description, huh?) She was very helpful helping me and my bf find clothes and also telling us about the sales that we probably would not have noticed. There was also another girl who was fluent in japanese. She was really nice when we were checking out and had a great personality.

In love with this store! Every time I go in there everyone is always so nice and so friendly! I love this store!

Awesome experience! The guys were so helpful, intent on getting me the right jeans I wanted for the buy one get one free sale! Would definitely go back :)

I used to go to PacSun back in the day when it used to be my style but not so much. They still got cool stuff to look at and that I would still rock. I remember back when they were called by their full name, Pacific Sunwear, something like that. I think they grow over the years with more fashionable and trendy apparel and stuff for both boys and girls. For guys, they have everything from jeans, hats, shoes, headphones, belts, accessories, etc. For girls, they got everything from tops, shorts, jeans, accessories, slippers, shoes, shirts, etc. They have dressing rooms for you to try on stuff. They got good sales whenever they have seasonal stuff especially during the holidays. The staff and customer service is good. The prices are kinda priceyish but Ok. It’s conveniently located in the Ala Moana Mall in the mid level close to Shirokiya/Macy’s side.
