Ohana Burger Waikiki

This place is delish. Old and new school burgers with nice people working there.

I’m a burger person. There are dog people, there are cat people, and then there are those that love a good cheeseburger. I am one of those. If given the choice to be skinny for the rest of my life, but I had to give up burgers, I would eat two right then and say the hell to being thin. Anyways…
As a cheeseburger enthusiast, I’ll even say expert, this place was meh. Nothing too great about the burger and expensive! I always know a good burger if I crave it again and so far have not craved this one and it’s been a few weeks.
Only perk is they gave me this lemonade that had flashing light ice cubes. They were cool. Yey disco icecubes. Boo for mediocre burgers.

My boyfriend got a burger here. They forgot his order and so it took 20 minutes. The result was a lack luster burger. It was standard fare that I could make at home. We were hoping for a good quality, good beef, fresh pineapple burger. Instead we got a over cooked flop. If you want a cheap fix come here but don’t go for quality or service.

Was looking forward to a ramen burger since before my trip to Oahu. I ordered, the man said he would bring it to my table. I noticed all the people behind me got their food and I was still waiting. I walk up and see my cold burger sitting on the counter in a box. I said «this had been sitting here a while hasn’t it?» he said yeah, sorry. I open the box and see a burger that is so overcooked it was black. I ask about the fries I ordered, he then says «oh, sorry the fryer wasn’t prepped.» I’m so disappointed. Not worth your $ 12 bucks. Spend it somewhere where they want your business

I was told when I got to the Y that I had to absolutely try a ramen burger period after a few days of searching I decided to go into my Unilocal app and try a place that was recommended by my fellow Unilocalers. I was close to Waikiki in this spot came up. So I decided to go ahead and try it out first I must say that this food truck area is pretty nice it’s tucked off a side street.
The Roman Burger I had was okay I think the ramen patties were a little too soft but it was just okay I can see where they were trying to go with it. I added a lot of my own flavor to it a little bit of barbecue sauce mustard ketchup just to spruce it up a bit. They did have their own sauces and toppings you can add on at the food truck I just didn’t have time plus I had three burgers. I held off of this review because I wanted to try ramen burger from another spot and I did and it was outstanding that’s why I only gave this burger 3 stars.

Dude ignored me standing their while he slowly finished 1 order than continued ignoring me while he put things away and cleaned up

Paid $ 18 and some change for a double cheeseburger, fries, and lemonade. Tasted OK but not nearly as good as the meal should have at this price point. I’ve had better burgers for the same price at Yard House or Moose McGillicuddy. Disappointed! Post real reviews Unilocalers.

This place gets a 5 star mainly because of the service from the young guy by himself working on 1÷6÷16. You could tell he was busy but he made sure he could do everything in his power to make sure we were happy. The burger and fries were plentiful, however expensive. Everything is expensive in Waikiki. You won’t regret going to this place. They have a small courtyard outside and several other food trucks to chose from.

This place is awesome. Best kalua pig moko you can find on this side of Oahu (and it’s huge!). Love this truck!

At first I was a little uneasy about getting a burger from a truck but oh my lord! It was the best avocado burger I have ever tasted in my life! And I go to a lot of burger places since it is my favorite food of time!

Ramen burger! Not listed on the menu. Friendly staff. Very flavorful burger complimented with sauces.

Ordered: double cheeseburger and fries
Verdict: awesome!
Thick patties, luscious sauces, fresh lettuce and tomato and slab of pickle. Hot and freshly made to order. Customer service was on point. Food came up fast. Generous portion of fries. Sat and at picnic table under an umbrella and enjoyed the absence of crowds due to the rain.
Price point: $ 17 and change and worth every penny. Very reasonable for Waikiki

Friendly service and delicious food. Get the ramen burger set.

These guys were Rad, they had run out of buns when I arrived. So I grabbed a ramen burger instead, and man it was delicious. Messy as anything, but that’s half the fun.

Solid burger truck! Visited back in mid August. Good tots as well as burgers a few blocks from the resorts on Waikiki Beach. Well worth stopping by.

I’m going to give this place a 5-​star review… because they friggin’ deserve it. So this food truck is pretty awesome. It’s located pretty close to Waikiki Beach and the cook serves up a pretty mean burger. While I was eating it, I was mentally comparing it to some of the best in the metro Detroit area. In my honest opinion, the burger was about as good as the local Shamrock Pub.
The food: I was really pleased with how well this burger was put together. The patty was nice and juicy and cooked to a medium well. It had a little crisp on the edges, but I’m the type of guy who enjoys a little difference in texture. It definitely wasn’t burned. I went with a single patty which had lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion and some special sauce. It was a pretty standard burger. The bun was nice and fluffy and it didn’t get soggy. The taste was great and it filled my belly. I was really happy to see the bottle of sriracha on the condiment shelf. I threw some of that on the burger too :)
I also ordered the fries (they were out of onion rings… i really wanted to try them) which were decent. Nothing really special to report here.
This is a great little stop on the way to the beach… or on the way back after a tough day downing mai tais and catching some tasty waves. You gotta try it…

I was orginally going to go to a different restaurant, craving a steak, but I chanced upon this food truck and am I glad I did! I got the #2 plate (double burger with onion rings and lemonade) and the burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful but not runny and the patty held together as I ate it. The cheese was melted just so and whatever sauce they use for their burgers adds a good amount of creamy texture without drowning out the meat flavor. The nice girl who was both cooking and running the register was very sweet and the food was ready extremely quickly for being freshly prepared. All in all, a fantastic place to have delicious food in Waikiki without standing in a line of tourists for «just another» fancy-​shmancy eatery. 5 stars well deserved :)

Hit the spot! Yummy hearty burger with fries and onion rings. I’ll start my diet tomorrow.

My wife and I were looking for a quick bite to take with us to watch the sunset on Waikiki when we came across Ohana Burger along with 4 – 5 other food trucks in a pull-​off not too far from the beach. There were a fair number of people around but the truck didn’t seemed slammed, and my burger came out in 5 – 10 minutes. The guys working the truck were super nice, and even walked my burger out to the picnic table I was sitting at (because I wasn’t paying attention when my food came up, oops).
I had the Ramen Burger, which was a (teriyaki?) flavored burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo sandwiched between two Ramen «patties.» It was excellent, a flavorful and juicy burger paired with delicious ramen, a flavor combination to die for. My wife, who insisted she was only going to have «a bite» ended up eating about half because she just couldn’t put it down.
If we’re ever back in Waikiki, we’ll definitely look these guys up again!

I ordered a plate and waited to then find out they never made my food, so I cancled it to get my money back.
Not impressed.
