The sweetest two Japanese women welcomed us in and gave us two great pedicures. It was a nice quiet place comfortable chairs with lots of great OPI colors to choose from. They were so polite and we had great conversation. Our toes look fantastic and we are relaxed. We will be back!

I came in here without an appointment and the staff was extremely welcoming and took me for a mani pedi within just a few minutes. Now, I’m used to $ 15NYC manicures, so this is expensive, but it’s to be expected on vacation at a nail salon in a hotel that you will have to pay more, so I didn’t mind. The manicurist was very nice, it was a pleasant experience and my nails came out beautiful. I would have given 5 stars except that it took much longer than I anticipated. I would come back.

Wandered in here looking to get my nails done while my boyfriend got his hair cut at the Halekulani Spa. Unfortunately what I thought would be a fun treat for myself was a waste of money. I walked in and mentioned I didn’t have an appointment and could come back later if they didn’t have time for me. They said they could get me in and I told them as I sat down I wanted the manicure treatment as opposed to the basic manicure, which she said she would give but I didn’t get. They completely rushed through me in 20 minutes(the massage was honestly abrasive) because they had other people waiting. They asked me to pay in the middle of the manicure and she stood over me and watched as I signed the receipt and added a tip she didn’t deserve. When I finished they tried to hand me my stuff to leave while my nails were not even close to dry. Seriously? I understand I’m going to pay more here but when I can get a significantly more relaxing manicure at home for half the price, it’s totally unacceptable. Do not come here.

I have been visiting this salon at the Sheraton for years for a great but pricey pedicure and sometimes manicure. NEVER again! Not only was it a rip off but they were rude and rushed through a one hour manicure in less than 30 minutes. No relaxation here with the constant jabbering and phone calls. I will find a new salon.

Geared at Japanese tourists, and pretty rude to you if you are not. I wanted some new 3D nail art since I was vacation and hadn’t in a while. WHOA-$ 30 for a basic manicure and $ 20 for just the sculpture? Not including the rhinestones which are $ 0.50 each?! It is cheaper than Japan, but way to much for the average job. Flowers are pretty meh, and done sloppy. Maybe it’s because I am from California and it is way cheap there I hated this place. I paid for one manicure, and two 3D nails what I could get at Sakura Nail in San Diego for a manicure and at least five 3D fingers, and no extra charge for stones. Really people? Well I guess that is what happens when you are a tourist.

Just tucked inside the Hyatt hotel shopping center in Waikiki, you will find this cute nail salon on the ground level. The company is Japanese, so you can imagine the level of cuteness there is! Definitely geared for the Japanese tourist, it is sparkling clean, comfy, and has all sorts of nail designs(rhinestones, charms, gels, acrylics, tons of colors, etc.). They also have their own nailpolish line and a special section of their services specifically for weddings. A little pricey(compared to California… not compared to Japan), but very soothing in such a busy area. They will pamper you and let you close your eyes and doze off while they pretty u up. It’s kinda like taking a mini vacation to Tokyo without having to leave the beach. There is also a location in the Sheraton, but I have yet to check it out.
