Best dental work! Holistic care! I love the friendly staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of dental work or maintaining dental health.
I always get courtesy reminders and the wait time is minimal. Parking is junk in town but the validate if you park at Kukui Plaza which isn’t far at all.

Recently moved to the island. I was quite nervous while looking for a new dentist since I’ve never been keen to them. I have always had bad experiences with them so I shake in fear at the thought of my next dental check-​up (not really but almost lol). Well a lot has changed since I had a baby. I now aim for a holistic approach to life so I was happy to find this dental group that shares my new-​found values. Such good reviews convinced me to give Dr. Kawashima a try. I am so so happy at this decision! Nga, his assistant is so nice! She made me feel at ease by talking and joking with me as if we met before and reassuring me that I was in good hands with dr. Chad during my 1^st visit. Indeed, he is very respectful, friendly, GENTLE, and thorough as other the reviewers have attested. Not at all judge mental as I have experienced in the past. I’ve had two metal fillings replaced with porcelain ones and both have been painless! Thats big for me since i have really sensitive gums/​teeth, gag reflex, and such a baby when seeing the dentist. I seriously never had saliva built-​up or much discomfort bcs Nga is so attentive and the doc is so gentle. I can really say that they are a perfect match for a TEAM. The doc was also very safe with handling the mercury material which, isn’t really common. This was important for me since I’m still breast feeding and didn’t want to swallow any of it as it can be toxic to my child. Again, I am so so grateful for him! I plan to bring my daughter here when she becomes of age. Oh, and this dental office does NOT rip you off! He even gave me a mouth rinse that he thought would benefit my cavity prone teeth for free! I have always been ripped off, even getting drilled on when I didn’t even need it. So happy that even though they are «out of network», my insurance (MetLife for military dependents) still covered as if it was «in network). I cannot say enough good things about this place. The receptionists are also very nice. I will def hate the day I have to leave them (a con of being a military family). So if you hate/​fear the dentist bcs of your previous experiences, come give them a shot! It will change your perspective/​LIFE in a positive way. :D
