It’s pretty old. I lived here for a month, and I think that The other condos that block the beach view have a better location, but the parking broke the deal. Steep, windy, tight, it’s miserable day after day.
It’s a one-​way road to the parking and then the one way out that is blocked by construction often and it’s only a quarter way through that new condo project

Just a tip: be careful about the parking attendants & read the parking prices closely as well as your validation stamp. I thought Buffalo Wild Wings validates completely (we were there for 1−2hrs last night) but we were charged $ 1, which is actually really good for Waikiki. But when I gave the attendant $ 10 she gave me $ 4 in cash back thinking I was too drunk to care (I had only one beer throughout the whole night thankyouverymuch). She spread the dollars out purposefully so it looked like a lot but I always count cash so I said «wait» then she immediately had a $ 5 for me as an afterthought. She definitely short changes customers often, or at least attempts to, and I wonder if my parking even cost $ 1 or if she just charged me a lowball number to pocket. There’s no screen to show the price like at some other newer parking lots so she doesn’t have to ring anything up in this case.
Long story short, count your cash (and don’t order «blazin» at Bee Dubs).

Parking nightmare $ ²⁄₃₀ min. Now getting lunchtime salad wrap is more expensive since the construction for the Cove is taking up otherwise free parking. Ugh. Plus elevator not working today so I have to walk around the building block to enter!!!

Finding the entrance was a bit confusing. Validation tickets are given by a worker not a machine. A bit rude and pessimistic saying that the parking lot was full though cars were leaving. Some parking stalls are scary. Paid a dollar for the time we had the car parked there.
A lot of other shops, like karaōke and restaurants.

They have a good selection of food shops at the bottom and some sweet apartments on the upper floors. Everything from Indian to American, you can go wrong visiting there.
