This was my fourth visit to Dr. Singer. He specializes in orthopedic hand surgery which is exactly what I needed every time. All of the nurses & receptionists I came into contact with were pleasant & professional, even though the place was rocking & rolling on a Monday morning. He was on time and performed a minor procedure in under an hour, and has excellent bed-​side mannerisms.
The entire office is new, clean, and has great views of the city even from the exam rooms.

The experience my father just had was the worse experience a patient has to go through. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment to see the Doctor due to the receptionists lack of professionalism. We had to call back multiple times in order to check if the proper lab work was sent even though everything was sent from my primary doctors office. She would tell us that she would call us back but she would never. I even had to call back acting like a secretary to finally get the appointment. After my dad saw the doctor she handed the receptionist the MRI referral and she said she would make the appointment and call him back. Of course she didn’t! Called back the next day and she said she didn’t get the papers to make the appointment from the doctor when my dad saw him hand it to her. Once we complained to the doctor he said the receptionist was his wife and that we should find another doctor!!! After a month of needing this appointment and needed help we get turned away because of his wife’s incompetence!!!
