Blueline Shuttle Service

I rarely take the time to write bad reviews and giving this guy NEGATIVE ZERO effing stars says a lot! The guy on the other end of the phone line has all his shuttles shoved up his ass or something. Please remove them and be more patient and friendly to your potential customers.
He doesnt know how to communicate, he hangs up the phone and gets frustrated way too easily. and im im speaking to him nicely!
Somebody PLEASE start a new shuttle service other than this shitty one or hire someone more admirable and knows how to effing communicate! COMMUNICATE! Haha

My husband and I love Tony. He has had the most amazing life. We are fascinated to hear his stories. I can see what the other reviewers say about him, but if you show him respect, you will get it back in spades. He’s a great character and is happy to oblige. He is a lot cheaper than other shuttle services and taxis and you don’t have to share with strangers. And you can get a history lesson as well. What more could you want. :-)

Pick-​up from airport was ok but our trip back to airport was HORRIBLE.
We had a coupon to redeem and showed it to the old grumpy man driver. He then took our coupon, crumpled it and threw it away in front of us and threatened to leave us behind at our hotel, wow seriously?
We will NEVER book shuttle service with this company ever again!

Wow, I deal with murderers who are more courteous and professional than the excuse for a human who picked us up. I booked 3 people to the airport from Waikiki. My daughter was ill, so she did not go with us. (I’m glad she didn’t witness this.) We waited in front of the hotel beginning before 5:00 p.m. He pulled up approximately 5:20 p.m. and claimed it was the third time he’d been driving around the block «looking» for us. That we were wasting HIS time, so it now cost us $ 9.00 each. I tried to hand him the coupon from the Oahu book, which angered him more. He demanded $ 18.00 less than a block from our hotel. He was prepared to drop us off at a taxi stop, if we didn’t pay immediately. We drove to the airport in dead, angry silence. He got out of the car at the airport and we had already opened the door and were walking away.
I TRULY WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING HIM A BLOODY DIME. HE WILL LEARN HIS LESSON. HOPEFULLY HIS BUSINESS GOES BANKRUPT. HE DESERVES SO MUCH MORE BUT… KARMA has her way!!!

Had a horrible phone experience. The man seems to be confuse from himself. He was really rude and seems like he doesn’t want customers. Will never use or call this company again. Stay away please and don’t waste your time.

We’ve used this shuttle service for many years now (and we found him in one of the free booklets at the airport– and we always use the coupons in there; if you don’t use coupons, it’s pricey for transportation, but we learned that the hard way, twice– a cab, and a different shuttle service).
Tony, the owner, remembers us, and is great with airport pickups (call the night before– no problem there), but for airport drop-​offs, he prefers an earlier time but we take the red-​eye and we didn’t want to be at the airport incredibly earlier than we needed to, (due to group shuttling), so we used another service this time, no harm, no fowl.
Tony’s a character, you ask him a question, and he has this thirty-​minute answer– I’m not even lying, he goes on & on, but he talks at a very low tone, so I can barely hear him. Actually, I start zoning (sorry!), and let my husband talk to him.
We continue to use him because he has good rates with the coupon, though. And we’ll most likely call him again the next time we visit.

I been waiting for this guy and called them why they didn’t pick me up and he hang up the phone so I called him back and he called me asshoole.

I’m very glad I just CANCELLED the reservation. Wanted to charge 15 $ to the airport, while Hawaii Super Transit (professional) charges 10 $! The person on the phone was really unprofessional and wanted me to reconfirm the booking half an hour before pick up. What kind of feeling they expect a client should get from this? I want to be sure I wont miss my flight. I called politely to cancel and he shouted some non-​sense and hung up on my face. People like this should go out of business. HAPPY TIME where we can SHARE ONLINE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this service !! We booked reservation to airport confirmed with the old man and they didn’t show up. Would not even answer phone — we had to hustle to find another shuttle and barely made it to the airport. They advertise in the local ads — do not use! Worst service ever.
