Best Publisher in Hawaii! Just stopped by their office out of curiosity as I am big fan of Pidgin To Da Max and found out hat they have a great showroom with tons of titles I didn’t know about. They gave me a free tour and let me buy some books at a 50% discount. Lots of Aloha spirit here.

Sweet! Just went to a book launching party there (For Buss Laugh: Stand Up Poems… btw I’m a contributor! look for Kimberly!). It reminded me of the events in college where everything was free. I got a tuberrose lei and a copy of the book, photo ops with the editor Lee Tonouchi, some stand up poets performed, there was wine, little gathering tables, and all encompassed in a big warehouse setting decorated with local artistes canvases and blinkling lanterns and lights. Fun and successful! and local! support!
