Justin was early for the appointment, which was fine! He determined that our washing machine was just noisy but didn’t need repairs at this time. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, professional, and quick. Can’t recommend them enough! They could have stuck us with a bill and done unnecessary work but they didn’t. What an honest find!

Justin was very professional, introduced himself and had all his equipment ready to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable and fixed our washer, thus saving us from having to buy another one. Cleaned up his work area upon finishing the job. Will definitely call when needed again.

My wife and I are very impressed with Ace Appliance Service, which is a factory-​authorized Sub-​Zero repair service. We have an 11-​year-​old Sub-​Zero Model 611. Alan Tsugawa, and his son, Justin, did a sealed system fridge repair, replacing the fresh food evaporator, exchange line and condenser fan motor and blade for a very reasonable sum. (A new Sub-​Zero would have cost us nearly $ 10,000!) Alan and Justin are very skilled, tidy and timely. Alan’s wife, Lynne, is also very helpful. We highly recommend Ace Appliance Service.

We have a condo in Waikiki and everytime we visit there is a problem with one of our appiances. We call ace appiance and they come out and fix on the spot. Other services have to order parts and take time to figure out the problem but Ace is very efficient and professional. They are so reliable and refreshing to work with.
