Definitely one of my FAVORITE things about being in Hawaii! ABC stores are everywhere, they are awesome place to shop! Love it…

This is a smaller version of the larger ABCs practically and almost literally on every corner. It’s situated right outside the entrance to the Waikiki Gateway hotel.
It really was super convenient to have ABC right outside the hotel we were staying at. It appears ABC is outside most of the hotels as there are a lot of grocery stores or other convenience stores with the exception of 7 – 11 which is also quite prominent and Walgreens.
The have the real basics in here, just in case you forgot to pack something or need a quick bite to eat or need to purchase touristy gifts before your flight home. They have Spam sushi, adult beverages, chocolate macadamia nuts, beach mats, deodorant, cigs, sandwiches, fruit, and just about anything else you would need to get you satisfied.
I didn’t find the prices too steep. Some items are kind of expensive but you should be able to figure out that you can get them elsewhere if you venture out farther than the downtown Honolulu area.

Always friendly smiles and aloha here plus this week sale on Pepsi at 2 for 2.50 and even cheaper than 7 – 11 deal which is 2 for 3.00. Way to go abc

The staff are always friendly & keep it clean despite the insane volume of tourists that prob frequent here daily. Service w/​a smile when you need that emergency 20 oz of Coke Zero or a banana.

This place is good for getting water-​proof bandages when someone gets blisters from his new Tevas; good for getting Bactine when one of your party dashes himself against the rocky reef; ample bottles of Hawaii bottled water much needed after the salty ocean has leached the water from your body; a few boxes of Dramamine «just in case» for a catamaran ride that eventually gets canceled, but not good for spam musubi.
We stopped here multiple times during our stay because it was just across the street from our hotel. However, no matter what time of day, the musubi warmer was empty. Outrageous.
